Agreed; it does for some themes already. We are reviewing the changes and will roll it out to all players and include bet amounts on the themes that need this.

The reason it is MM DD YYYY is because it is tied to the language of your client (we don't know your account country before log in) and English is set to DD MM YYYY. If you had .FR in French you would see it as DD MM YYYY.
We are considering how to change the system, but it is lower priority right now.

Re: Notes: Mobile is a relatively new offering, so this functionality has not been built in yet and we are looking into a solution so that players can transfer their notes.

Currently Cascade resizes tables to default and the cascades them.

Yeah, I know how this sounds and hate bringing it up. It doesn't help.
The problems will never be solved, because everytime somebody else answers the e-mail that has gotten pages long by now. Of course the new guy is not gonna read all that.
Also there is no ticket number or how you want to call it.
Even worse they change the topic title all the time for whatever reason so it gets one big mess.
If you let the same guy handle the same problem all the time there would be a big learning curve and you would waste a lot less of your -and my- valuable time.
Also you would get feedback on individual employees who would be forced to do a better job.

We are not getting complaints from other players about this, so could be something local.
I am sorry to hear that your Support experience has not been great -- I hope you will appreciate that it is not technically feasible to have the same Support representative handle all emails on a specific case since people are on and off their shifts.
