Updates can be a nightmare especially with Microsoft pushing Windows 10 'upgrades'
That white screen you mentioned is OFTEN a sign of a Graphics Card/Video Card problem - usually to do with the Graphics Drivers being out-of-date or damaged or the card itself is damaged

Download & install this & post the summary text file [File menu > Save as Text File] so I can see what you have: Speccy

[3] HIGH CPU
This could be the Graphics / Video card thing - I'll wait until you've sent in info re [1] & [2]
I use windows 7, and my Anti virus programm is also Panda free. I downloaded this speccy, but i dont now how to post the summary text file, but maybe i just need to buy new PC and everything will be fine? This PC i have is also pretty bad

Okay, so this is interesting - and points to the elusive nature of this bug. Our software didn't change (meaning the code didn't change, either on the client or server side) from the time you had frequent crashes through to now when your experience suddenly stabilized.

So, something else might have changed, and if we can figure out what that might be, it could provide a clue for the investigation - point to an area to focus on.

Could you please take a few minutes to think about what might have been different the last few days, either with your system, 3rd party tools if you use any, driver or OS updates, other software you may have had running, types of games you played, number of tables, features engaged, etc. Anything you can think of would be appreciated - thanks!

I sended .dmp file to support and read that that kind of file is too read what happen to some application. No change in system, 3rd party tools if you use any, driver or OS updates, other software you may have had running, types of games you played, number of tables, features engaged like 0 change i made. But had crushes like 50% of then when i press my left mouse button on bet/raise/call ps buttons or when i load a lot of tabs in chrome. I have old desktop and my video card dont have up to date driver coz the new one have problems with win 7 and 10 and i read in nvidia forums that its hard to make it work like atleast 2h+ work so i didnt do it. From time to time if i watch some film or play warcraft 3 tft or watch ytube, there is notification from win 7 that my video driver stop respond and all of my windows goes minimizes and after some seconds all is good. If u want i can send u a file made with AIDA64 for my comp for all programs,process etc i have.

PokerStars is a complex program, but it has never been hard on my systems

tiniest bit of lag today early in the session while I had about 14 games up, but it caught up quick and only lost my time-banks

so 3rd session since I went from a downgrade build to the newest build with no crash

hope it stays good this time

Build 13794, way too many crashs seems to happen when i open up the cashier and try transferring money.. or sometimes when i double click like the bet slider and stuff.

Your graphics driver seems to be around 5 years behind on updates. Go here: NVIDIA SITE & click "AUTODETECT YOUR GPU" button
Download & install updated drivers
You will have to reboot during installation so close everything but your browser before clicking that button

WINDOWS UPDATES AND DRIVER UPDATES
The easiest way to do this is to to follow the instructions here: INSTRUCTIONS
Click the SHOW ALL & do everything written in there

If you get offers to upgrade to Windows 10 don't accept them today
Installing all the updates & rebooting will take a lot of time
After it's done make sure to test for updates again - it will probably find more
Keeping installing & rebooting until no more updates

RAM
You would help yourself by installing another 2Gb RAM
Your programs probably lag if you play poker & have the browser open with a video playing

Also if you use a HUD/Tracker the latest versions of HM2 & PT4 are quite resource heavy

As i understand up to now ps cant reproduce that crush. Not cool that over 1month we have that bug. I send log fils, .dmp file and now full reprot for my comp with Aida64 so i am writing with what else i can help if needed?

Suddenly as of when? "Suddenly" after you updated the PS client, "suddenly" after you ran a PT4/HEM, "suddenly" after you updated some other seemingly unrelated program (e.g. antivirus), or "suddenly" after you made absolutely no changes to anything at all?

It happens suddenly means without any change in current situation table freeze and then it remain freeze unless i close it via task manager and reopen it again

after the restart/update cashier says i got funds in play when i clearly dont and this number keeps increasing after u open and quit more tables. relogging doesnt help.

Yeah this is little annoying. Closed both zooms for a break. Starting again and you are playing too many tables. WTF I have no tables open. Is this because predatory behaviour? Get your poop together amaya. Can't wait the micomillions when the site prolly just crashes and burns to ashes.

Well, after server restart i am now playing in ps.bg build 13531 and after ten minutes i had freez/crush After that for 40 min up to now dont have one. Saved pslog files befor and after the crush. In user.ini file i have that debug lines but now after the crush i cant find the newly created .dmp file.

Was it you who looked in the wrong place for that file? The .dmp should be in the PokerStars folder in App Data NOT in the PokerStars folder in Programs. To find the correct folder...
PokerStars Client > Help [right sidebar] > "Open My Settings Folder"
