1) Avatar disappeared
2) Re-uploaded avatar
3) Avatar pending approval with support
4) Avatar randomly changed to a Full Tilt one i didn't select
5) This morning avatar no longer Full Tilt one but also not my re-uploaded one (back to no avatar) and client says its not even pending approval any more

Happens -- and has always happened -- on Android app too.

i play like a turtle, and don't seem to have the beeping happening ...... any more? Did i find a setting somewhere to turn it off? Or just got used to it?

My avatar is gone as well. when i resubmit it i see it pop up in the circle next to my balance and disappear seconds later. then if i check to see the picture of whats pending apparently, i sent a blank image.

i know at least one person who used up all their resubmissions trying to get their avatar back.

As has already been mentioned, the problem is clearly client-side so resubmitting your avatar is an exercise in futility.

I was just sitting down at a table playing, and apparently another player is claiming that he can see my old avatar, even tho I can not see my own avatar... I had never played with this player before and when I asked to describe my avatar, he described my exact avatar before it disappeared. Don't know what this means exactly, but it seems like some sort of massive glitch.
Perhaps some of the avatars of other players I still see, can not see their avatars themselves?

get following message:

"PokerStars needs to restart to configure zoom".

I was MP in both MTTs so took a leap of faith and closed stars.

Now stars goes:

"site found" and then disappears. Client totally fails to load.

Preying I don't get told to "send in log files" as they assume problem is my end.

Have been having problems with and without hud, even updated to windows 10

If I get the remove ini file email one more time, I'm withdrawing my bankroll and taking a break

I don't think that fix has EVER worked foe me EVER.

MISSING AVATAR PROBLEM: PokerStars advice is to do nothing & your avatar will come back when they roll out a fix

You don't say what s/ware. Both PT4 & HM2 have recent updates that temporarily fix the bugs that PokerStars have introduced in the Hand History format - so check the relevant site to see if you need to update [it's a beta update in HM2 so the s/ware may not have updated if you have that feature unchecked in HM2].

PokerStars will not be fixing for a week or two according to the PT4 site. PS seem to be slower these days re rolling back faulty updates - sticking to some sort of cycle I suppose. Or updates need to be approved by the licensing gaming bodies might be the reason.

Client keeps crashing and/or tables freezing, getting disconnected and reconnected every 2 seconds ( bug ) and too many other stuff to mention ( Low System Resources ?!? ).
