Hi guys, I have problem with Stars Hotkeys. When using Classic theme they do work and when I switch my theme to Mercury it doesn't work, any idea where the issue is?

Downloaded the software update today and seems a bit glitchy with the managing my stars account section. Like I've randomly lost my picture and when I went to re-do it, it wouldn't let me click on the 'manage you stars account'?

Just a wild guess but you are running ps as admin right? My hk dont work if I don't do that in any skin.

Pokerstars used to have such a good reputation but i don't see a future for or with them they like to exploit there real money users.According to Pokerstars.net my account was hacked within 24hrs of my first deposit and they then suspended my account and requested Id documents and personal information to verify my identity so i sent them all the documentation and i answered all there questions honestly,after many emails and days passed i got an email back from them saying that i must pay them the full amount i deposited and if there aren't any charge-backs over a 1 year period they would credit my account with the amount and if i do not pay the amount my account will be banned for 1 year.I was absolutely horrified when they sent me this because i loved there sight and have been a User for many years.

We are not responsible for the hacks that happened in your account nor in any other accounts, now or in the future so, our best advise is to always keep your account as secure as possible.

Also, unfortunately, we must inform you that since in your account there were real money deposits with a card (Visa card ending in ***************), your account must remain restricted until you either pay the $220 that were deposits and we might get in charge backs from your account. If within 12 months we receive no charge backs at all, we will return that money to your account.

Or, you also have the option to keep your account closed for the next 12 months or until we receive the charge backs (usually sooner), if we receive any, and then, you can decide if to repay the negative balance or keep your account closed.

We truly understand your position and agree this is a frustrating situation, however, we kindly ask you to also understand our side as we also lose a lot in this situations.

please add some kind of pop up to list any new software updates that happen during updates like pokertracker does

would be nice to know there is any new graphics etc

Anyone else have the problem that when first starting to play or after resuming play after a break of as little as 5 mins (ie. even hourly tournament breaks) the client freezes up on the second or third hand dealt? The freeze up can last from around 30 secs up to 2-3 mins.

Sometimes it will unfreeze before my hand times out but often I miss one or more hands.

How did you manage to deposit money onto PokerStars.net, the U.S. facing free play site? Do they accept monies from customers to buy virtual chips or something?
They should send you a gift to make up for their poor phrasing, grammar & spelling - the standard boilerplate replies are normally almost perfect from PokerStars, but not in your case. Seek damages!

Yep, no avatar after latest UK update. Also disappearing cards (both hole and board) and other intermittent graphics glitches. Fun.

Edit - add freezing (individual) tables to the list.

Hm strange think is happening right now for me.

Just before 10 min i open PS to see what is the promo for today and what is the number of some games and all is ok. So i closed it and open hm2 and it dl some new update and reset, then i open PS and when it started to load, ps window automaticly close and that is it. Tried to update it with psupdate from ps folder but nothink happen. I have ps.bg version but cant find what exactly ver i have. What to do?

Do u boys (today is the children day ) have the same problem?

Just had a complete client crash, thankfully not during a session. I'm on Win7 if that matters (HM2, Table Optimizer).

I've sent log files and a message to support but I dread dealing with them, with client issues support are worse than useless. I can feel my blood pressure rising just thinking about their reply

I had the same problem.
And it's really the hm2 update that causes the problem, you have to roll back to version 8438:

There is a new HM2 beta update available [version 8444] perhaps it addresses the problem mentioned in recent posts in this thread: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-...rs-update.html

Remember to CLOSE HM2 & PokerStars before installing the update!

Pokerstars found out that regs use avatars to mark recs as fish so they changed it that regs cant see avatars anymore. Predatory behaviour all over again.
