Please enable us to stop all popups when reregistering to SitNGos, it's very annoying to have the lobby keep popping up every time I reregister when multitabling.

The following issue has occurred to me more than a couple times on pokerstars. For instance I was playing 2 heads up sng tables and minimized one of the tables, I then tried to click on the taskbar to retrieve the table however it is completely unresponsive with the other table unaffected. The only solution I know to this is by closing the client and reopening it which is a very slow process, and as I play mainly hypers all my chips have dissipated by the time I have reopened the client. This has cost me a lot of money, could please help me find a solution to this problem pokerstars?

Please let me know which client version you are using. Go to Help > About PokerStars and look for the 5-digit build number in the upper right.

Second, the next time this happens, send your log files to Support so they can investigate further. Go to Help > Log Files, enter a description of the problem in the text box and click Send Log Files.

Temporary solution: Have you tried the Windows shortcut Alt + Tab? i.e. Hold down the Alt key while repeatedly pressing the Tab key?

This will cycle you through all your open windows & if you cycle to the table that doesn't pop up & let the key combo go that table should now be displayed in front of all other windows on your screen: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/79869

I'm on a plane so can't do a screen shot. I'm talking about when busting a sitngo and I reregister and the main lobby pops up with a dialog box I must click "OK".

Keith-

Long time lurker here, so hello.

There is an option to 'Hide Hold Cards' which is great, but I'd like the added feature of being able to click on which card I'd like to look at first rather than putting my mouse over the cards and both popping up.

I've been traveling to Asia. Im in Thailand. In the past few weeks I've experienced long periods of crazy lag. I see that Pokerstars doesnt have asian servers. Is an asian server something PS plans to set up in the future?

Which server am I connecting to from Thailand?

At the moment this is what I get:

HOST/CONNECTION

PokerStars Website, Isle of Man / Poor (76%)
Manx Telecom, Isle of Man / Very good (100%)
US West Coast / Very good (100%)
US East Coast / Poor (68%)
London, England / Poor (68%)
Sydney, Australia / Very good (100%)

Yes, contacting Support is a good first step. They will help you investigate the issue and may have suggestions for resolving it.

Please go to Help > Log Files, and in the text box on that screen provide as much information as you can about your problem and your computer/connection, etc., then click Send Log Files.

I dont have an url, maybe someone else can post it, but it is a simple thing that the form played at 8 game is in middle of table with ftp software. It has been so last year at stars also but was a bug. In tourneys one does not see iteven from header.

I understand your perspective and your all points have been shared with the PRM team.

I can only report that they are engaging with players through other venues which are proving to be very constructive, that they do read and consider the suggestions posted in those threads, but at the moment they don't have any news to post in there.

As you may know, my own focus is on the software product, and while I try to be helpful regarding every issue raised in this Software Improvement thread, I am not able to answer or resolve everything that pops up here.

This topic appears to fall into that bucket, and I'm sorry that I cannot do more.

When I play live poker I look at one card before it's my turn to act and then I look at the other card when it's my turn to act. I do this for a variety of reasons for live play, but here's the reasons why I would like it for online play.

1. I strategize how I'm going to play based off of looking at that one card.

2. It adds to the suspense of what the 2nd card could be.

3. Sometimes I play hands against opponents without looking at my cards, and other times I just look at one card and play based off of the one card.
