Hi,

My brother received the message "Your playing privileges have been revoked" 30 min ago after he registered on a couple of SNGs.

He can't play anymore since then.


He hasn't done anything fraudulent but really start to freak out because he has 10k on his account.

Does anyone received that message before ? Is it just for a check up ?

No, we don't live in the same place. What's more he only play SNGs and I only play cash game, so we never played together.

What do you mean ?

Are you asking if my brother used a bot or are you saying that his account might be banned because they are checking if he used one ?

Pokerstars has never ask him to write things in the chat contrary to the other multitablers, so I don't see why they would check for this now.

maybe stars thinks fragui is cheating in another way instead of botting.
since you play sngs, do you use the sharkscope hud or sharkscope a lot while playing?

I see...so both your playing privileges have been locked? Have you ever played in the same tournaments/cash games? Perhaps if you provide your screen names here it may help.

EDIT: Just read that you claim you have never played together. Your screen names would be especially helpful then.

He emailed them before I've done this thread. As I think you can imagine, having his account banned is a little bit scary, even if you have nothing to feel guilty about.
