I don't know where to post this, so I'll try these two threads where Pokerstars' people are around sometimes.

I tried to make a cashout two saturdays ago, and I got a message saying I had to contact them because there was a problem with the cashout. So I did, and then my case was forwarded to Management. Last monday I got a mail saying they would check my account for security reasons and they would send me a mail within 48 hours.

After that, I was blocked from joining any tables. I could, and still can, login to my account and everything, just cannot play or try to make another cashout. A couple weeks ago, a message saying I had missed the password too many times popped when I tried to login, and I had to answer the security questions. Did not give much importance to that, but now I think this might be related to that.

Well, ok, I am the first who loves stars' security, but it's been over a week without any word from them and I haven't been able to work on the tables, which is a bit annoying. I am not the biggest grinder, but I played over 400k hands last year and I think I deserve a better (faster) service.

If any of Stars' employees reads this, please send me a private message so we can deal with the situation.

Yup PokerStars too but for some reason they haven't announced anything about this promotion in PokerStars webpage

Is "The Deal" on Full Tilt supposed to be normal card distribution or is it more like a slot machine? Played through a bunch of hands on it (on the face of it a decent way to use starscoin) and got nothing in return. Seemed (I apologise in advance) "rigged"?

No mention anywhere of lower odds than usual, just a list of prizes for making a hand.

Have you ever withdrawn anything from Pokerstars? If not then it could just be given to players who are net depositors and also have been inactive for a while, to try and encourage them back to play on the site.

Wonder how many entries those $1k Omaha freerolls will get - the minimum prize pool for freerolls at 888 is $3k, and those run 3x a day, and it's a much smaller site, so each entry winds up being worth about $0.33, which is nice for a freeroll.

Hope the CardHunt goes *okay* - guess $1 to $2.50 doesn't buy too much these days, but it's still enough to get some little plants for the garden. Have some more basil, chive and tomato plants, and am adding some lettuce, peppers and carrots this year as well ... will see how it goes?

The promo thingie is up already - there's 30 cards on the board now ... were there only 20 before? And only the top *one* hole card of a winning hand counts now?




Also, it looks like the $1k freerolls have a 10,000 player cap ...


May just take a break next week to plant my garden and other Spring stuff, and wait for the next promo in June ... hopefully it's something other than a CardHunt

30 cards instead of 20 sort of makes sense since it's Omaha so you get 4 cards instead of 2 so it's like twice as likely to pick up the card you are looking for. My guess is that all in all it will work out roughly the same time to complete as the Holdem but I could be wrong.

10000 players fighting over $1000 does not sound appealing to me. Top prize will be like $100 and it will probably take at least 3 hours to get there.

Also getting sick of the whole Cardhunt concept. But I guess it must be quite popular otherwise why would they keep running it? Hoping for something a bit different next month anyway.

.....just with the little difference of paying way more rake than for the NL cardhunt. In case Omaha is not your regular game, taking part in this promo is an incredible bad decision. Assuming it takes 500 hands to complete the cardhunt, you will give a stack or more to rake.....and get back a whopping 1 or 2.5$. Great promo!!!! Stars sucks, glad i left it for good.

They finally replied back blaming me, and that I cannot remove the weekly restriction for 7 days, gg pokerstars full tilt gg... no scoop for me... sad sad times, unreal horrendous support ..

its their mistake yet they blame me and now i pay for their mistake being unable to play sounds fair..

What is expected payout/return % in Deal "slot"?

Please don't say depends jackpot/freeroll field size (Obviously it depends) but I guess there is rough estimates for company how much it making from each "deal".

Can i self-exclude myself from being able play "Deal"? If not, can i delete/block my FTP account not effecting PokerStars account?

This is the first PLO promo in years on pokerstars. I personnaly am not a big fan of the cardhunt but I do want to thank whoever is in charge of promotion to FINALLY focus a bit more on PLO. PLO is sooo highly raked that a little promo here and then will do good for evryone
