Players can play unlimited CardMatch Game Cards until they complete the maximum number of cards in a day, defined as starting at 00:00 ET and expiring at 23:59 ET. The maximum number of cards varies per stake level.
This suggests to me that, I can play more than 1 card per stake level.

How do you expect people to participate properly if this important information isn't made clear for all to see?!
Thanks for your post.
At the minimum, I will be adding the prize information to each stakes information button tomorrow (for technical reasons, this content has to be changed at midnight ET). In the meantime, here it is:
NL2: 66% $0.10, 25% $0.50, 5% $1.00, 4% $2.00
NL5: 60% $0.20, 35% $1.00, 4% $2.00, 1% $5.00
NL10/NL16: 36% $0.50, 55% $1.00, 8% $2.00, 1% $10.00
NL25/NL50: 61% $1.00, 30% $2.00, 8% $10.00, 1% $50.00
NL100+: 74% $2.00, 25% $10.00, 1% $100.00
These are of course subject to change from time to time.
One of the biggest recent issues many here have mentioned is that the prizes and structure of promotions encouraged players to go play micro stakes and receive inconsequential prizes, and that the top prizes were unrealistic to ever expect to hit. This setup is meant to:
1) make it much more realistic to hit the top prize
2) to raise the minimum prizes at higher stakes
3) to allow the ultra micro stakes to participate
I would be very surprised if you never saw Spinball again.

Try getting a few of your colleagues together and look at the last few pages of the Pokerstars software never improves thread
I have visited that thread to ask for information from people about issues with CardMatch. If we determine that it is causing performance issues in the client for users, I will make it a priority to develop functionality to opt out of the promotion so it won't display. Promotions are great but should never supercede the ability to play the core game.
Issues related to other parts of the client and software are a bit beyond my scope, but I know that they are high importance and are being worked on; I share all of your frustrations that the process isn't faster, but a quick fix band-aid solution isn't likely to make anyone happy or resolve the problems. Please do keep reporting issues there and they will be seen.
