Pokerstars not refunding players properly - Internet Poker

Well, someone had to make a topic about it.

- Servers go down for everyone but a few countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Belgium afaik)

- stars takes an hour to pause tourneys

- they cancel tourneys then pay out according to current stacks rather than rolling back to when the issues started

- players from countries mentioned above win all the monies

Hello everyone,

this is JohnecoN. Today we all got robbed.
Pokerstars crashed for 45 mins, but some guys from Romania & Belgium didn't crash. Result? They kept raising & stealing blinds and they became chipleaders!

I was ITM at 3 tournaments for 20k + 20k + 20k...
I was playing the Sunday Million + some other tournaments.
Session total: $1,070
I god refund: $715

I was ITM with good stack!!! COME ON that's not fair...
A random player from Romania got $5,000 because he was raising & stealing blinds for 45mins...

WE WANT A FAIR SOLUTION!
I have 7k downswing, and tonight I got fcked up!
we all get RAPED ...

PEOPLE WAKE UP!

Cliffs:

Pokerstars ****s up their servers.

Everyone except a few shady countries are disconnected and unable to play for an hour.

PS doesn't pause their tourneys

Said scum basically runs up 50x stacks in every single tourney and people are knocked out.

PS cancels the tourneys and pays out according to chips at the moment all the stacks were ****ed up

People who were disconnected basically were robbed and a bunch of romanians got rich

I am too late with the cliffs

If EVERYONE crashed, I would still feel bad / unlucky / angry or whatever but I would just accept the rules & pokerstars policy about these kind of situations.

But... Tonight... Some guys stole millions from US!
It was POKERSTARS fault... They HAVE to PAY!

Why they didn't PAUSE the games for 45 mins?!?!??!
45 mins is TOO MUCH TIME...

I had like 100 bb's deep ITM for 23k and I get my money just back?

Hi, I`m from Belgium, and was playing the 22 mini million and bigger 11. Made about 200 in total. Had average stack on both when issue began. Total bull**** and ridiculous payout. Undeserved.

There needs to be a statement from stars... which users on here work for them, can we tag them somehow? Been a while since I’ve posted here

This could be the end for them... no one can keep playing if this is how this will be treated

PokerStars has certainly shown a willingness to scam its players and business partners, but in this case I don't see how they benefit. Just seems like gross incompetence on their part.
