Will jump in with an answer here; in CardHunt, you have the CardHunt promotion (to complete the card), you have the puzzle (to complete all the pieces), and you have the 20 pieces. The system thus considers this to be 22 active challenges. It's a known display issue that we want to fix.

The promotions get emailed to me and I even got a text message from stars. No idea why because I didn't sign up for this, but I never mind when a promo is sent to me. I only posted because so many people don't seem to get these texts/emails and are unaware. I got the prize probabilities by clicking t&c at the bottom of the email.

You have to opt in every day too. There's 19 days left.

Hi Sighsalot,

1. Option 'A' is to use your old account details to log-in to PokerStars NJ, which will prompt you through our 'Quick Account Creation' process which will close your old PokerStars account. Option 'B' is to simply create a new PokerStars NJ account when you are back in New Jersey.

The benefit of Option A is that it may make the process a bit faster as your old details would be transferred over. However, it's important to note that if your old account is a 'rest of world' account that you relocated for after 2011, then you will want to keep that account if you ever have any plans to play outside of the U.S. in the future. In this case option 'B' is better for you.

2. I'll let your fellow players speak to 100NL liquidity which they will be more familiar with.

3. Regarding Zoom: it isn't offered at the moment, but that could change in the future depending on cash game liquidity. As some have noticed we recently performed a private test to work out any kinks with its functionality in the PokerStars NJ software.

Regards,
Dylan

Well, things really pick up after work/5pm/

You'll have 1000-1500+ logged on then.

300-600 during afternoon.

I don't play nl but pay close attn to the lobby. most popular game is nl then plo. Usually you could probably 3-4 table nl 100 during the day and maybe 8 table at night?

200 nl and 50 is popular too. The higher games run when people are willing to start tables. I saw you post in bovada forums. Don't expect bovada traffic but expect a much better experience.

Psdylan/other ps guys i know its crazy thinking BUT.... any chance you can lower the rake hu/3 handed in all games? you guys really discourage and punish game starters.

others have touched upon it and said other sites have lower rake when hu/3 handed. And it might help get games like 8 game/other limit games and more plo/plo8 running.

i get it with PS ROW you have like 100,000 users on at any given time but with a closed off small player pool its tough enough to get games running.

others can speak of it better than me but just a thought.

Absolutely agree with above. Been saying it forever...

At the moment, there is no incentive to start a game on PS relative to competitors with lower HU rake. WSOP is capped at 50 cents for 5/10 PLO HU for example.

Yeah posted about this a week ago when you were gone Dylan. Can't justify playing heads up 08 with full rake. The game does get going but it's a burden o be the first people playing heads up to get others to join. A lowering of the rake could be a great help and beneficial to the site as it will get the full game rolling more often.

Where can I find the tournament leaderboard, for the promotion??

Does anyone have a link maybe?
06-01-2016 , 10:11 PM
^^Already posted about it once, but it is worth reiterating. You would quickly gain close to a monopoly on the action if you simply lowered the rake to match the market. Your software is miles ahead of the competition. However, no one is going to pay this much rake to battle a tough opponent heads up in the hope of drawing better action. Your flawed policy also hurts you by signaling to your best customers how little you think of them.

You need to access it from the client. Tools-->Leaderboards-->Tournament Leader Board

When PokerStars agreed to acquire Full Tilt, one of the primary reasons was to make sure that Full Tilt players were made whole for their account balances and deposits which the previous owners had not re-paid. Our lump sum payment was more than enough to cover these balances. The agreement also made clear that PokerStars was not responsible for any of Full Tilt’s liabilities.

Despite not being our responsibility, we have sought to ensure Full Tilt players could maintain some advantages associated with their previously accumulated FTPs. In the coming months, eligible New Jersey Full Tilt account holders will be contacted via email with details of an upcoming promotion to reward previously accumulated Full Tilt Points. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a promotion to U.S. players (outside New Jersey) for previously accumulated FTPs.

PokerStars is working vigorously to promote regulated online gaming across the United States. As new regulated markets open in the U.S. we will do our best to offer a promotion to previous Full Tilt players. However, we can make no guarantees at this time that such a promotion will occur.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

*************

Regarding the details for the promotion for eligible New Jersey players, I will try to get those details ASAP, but they likely won't be available until sometime in June.

Regards,
Dylan

Related to the above regarding Full Tilt Points, I wanted to mention that until the end of 2016 Full Tilt Points will be made available to US Full Tilt account holders should they be fully verified as residing outside the United States or Territories. From January 1, 2017 going forward, it will no longer be possible to access these points in this manner.

I'm still hopeful and working on details for New Jersey Full Tilt account holders and a PokerStars NJ promotion for them.

Lastly, I have passed your suggestions on to the appropriate person on lowering short-handed cash game rake.

Dylan

Update: 10NL Zoom is now live on PokerStars NJ. We will consider adding more limits provided there are no issues with this initial roll-out and based on liquidity.

Dylan
