For some reason my notes/tags on Stars keep deleting them selves is this a known issue it's becoming a nusense. Thanks Dylan.

Dylan,

How long will two tickets to the party at Resorts be in the store? I, like many others I'm sure, am waiting to see if I win a pair in the freeroll before buying them in the store. I just want to make sure that they will still be available in the store after the freeroll ends.

When I request a hand history to be emailed to me it only sends the past 200 hands no matter how long of time I specify. I simply want to know how many hands i played this week. Is there a way to do this?
04-23-2016 , 06:29 PM
Dylan, micro-stakes request. NLHE has 2, 5, 10, and 30NL, but PLO only has 2, 10, and 30. Would you folks add the 5 PLO? Also, previously I though I was only getting heavy disconnects while playing Spin & Gos. I would like to amend that statement. I get them playing cash at times, too. I have never had any issues with other NJ sites, so I wanted to pass the info along. I know at least some others are having the problem. Would PS try to get to the bottom of it, please? Thanks!

The PS client HH automated request system in the Tools > Get Hand History menu has never worked correctly. If you play more than a certain number of hands it only sends 200 no matter what you ask for. Annoying!

In the same menu is Playing History Audit which is very detailed, but leaves out number of hands. Worth requesting one though to see if it's useful to you.

The only way to get what you want is in Help > Contact Support. When that window opens select "Poker" & "Hand Histories". In the "Subject" line write Hand History Request
In the "Message" line tell them the dates range or quantity of HHs you require. Sometimes support screws up & sends the wrong info, but usually they get it right first time

No, not in the client as far as I'm aware. You could get a 3rd party tracker such as HM2 - that contains reports by day, week, session [whatever you like] including number of hands played

Why are you interested in number of hands?
04-23-2016 , 07:04 PM
Thanks again Loki. Just emailed them about hh request thru the contact support help form selecting those categories and subcategories.

I like to know the number of hands because I can make crude calculations as to how much pokerstars is adding to my winrate and hourly. For example, I played 12k hands on 2 sites this week that were NOT pokerstars. I can take the amount of money won (or sometimes lost lol) and hours played to determine hourly and wr/100. I can do the same with my starting and ending pokerstars balance as long as I know how many hands I played. Combining all of this I can get a total hourly, hands per hour, and bb/100 for the week. I play 3 sites including stars simlutaneously so I just need the number of hands per week to see how much the addition of stars is helping me.

Ok thanks. I wish they'd let us play if we were just physically present in the country, like it works in nj. Dylan, any chance if changing the laws or whatever to make that happen? Lol

HM2 wouldn't help then - I doubt it supports all the sites you play from the U.S.A.

Cheers

yeah hm2 won't work that's why i just calculate the basics at the end of each week.

stars responded saying they are having problems with their hh archives and are not able to do this manually like on row. they said hopefully this will be fixed but showed me how to do a couple other tricks like saving hhs to harddrive and downloading more frequently

I have no issue with this. If you use HM you can take notes in that software to prevent this from happening fwiw.

Create an alias that combines all the names you play under in HM. It will give you everything you are looking for, easy game.

I'm having the same issue. Seems to randomly save or randomly not save

I've been trying to replicate the issue to see why it doesn't save, but I can't figure it out. Still just seems random

It's pretty funny, every time somebody criticizes me in this thread, I look them up on twitter. To my surprise, I don't see any tweets from these individuals showing support for poker regulation in the United States. But, I'm the bad guy in this thread.

I didn't say u were the bad guy. All I'm saying is Dylan has patiently answered all questions itt. I don't think there is much interest in Omaha sngs, which is essentially what they told you. So why do you keep acting like they are doing something wrong, or personally ignoring your concerns? They are in business to make money, if Omaha gets popular enough they will add more tourneys. Even nlhe sngs aren't all that popular these days.

Prove it. Because I can certainty, absolutely, most definitely, with out a doubt prove you incorrect. And Dylan hasn't provided one reasonable explanation to any of my concerns.

They don't want to improve the sit n gos because they don't want to take any action away from Spin n Gos and if you're okay with this, you're a sheep.

You are assuming all the sites LETIGRA plays are supported by HM2. They probably aren't [even with Bovada card catcher for example].

You play all these hands of poker and spend all this time calculating all these numbers but you don't use HM2??

work smarter, not harder

1000 = $10

1172nd place in tonight's freeroll wins $20. Currently there are 1130 entries. Earn your ticket and register.
(Yeah, the guy who said yesterday that there was a 0% chance of it being cancelled for not enough players is now worried it might be cancelled)

What a waste of money from Pokerstars' part. Give out $100k for nothing. They should have done 10 x $10k freerolls instead of 1 x $100k.

1140 now. There are always some people who don't reg for tourneys until they're online and ready to play. Plus, if PS is smart, they've sent out reminder emails to people who have tickets but haven't registered. I thought 2 days ago they might not make it. But 30 away with 5 1/2 hours to go? Should be OK.

How much does a ticket cost, and when does this free roll start?
04-24-2016 , 12:55 PM
Gags I'm guessing it'll start may 15th
