i thought we were supposed to get 1million play chips. i only have 1k. i dont do play money but i would have liked to play some play money spinngos just to see what they are about.

with the 600$ deposit bonus do you get 5k freeroll tix? in the lobby it only mentions 5k tix w the 50$ first dep bonus. Also is you break that 600$ 1st dep bonus into 3 deposits do you get 3 5k tix?

So far I don't believe that players who have issues with the Quick Account Creation and verification is related to a bug. There are procedures in place for real money verification in certain instances that require more information.

The last question I highly highly doubt you get multiple tickets that way. The rest of your questions dylan answered a few posts up.

has anybody successfully changed their email through the client and successfully validated new email account? Starts loading just fine when i click validation link, but then says "missing page".

If you made multiple deposits, you would still only receive one $5K Depositor's Freeroll ticket.

You should get 1M Play Money chips, but I imagine your deposit code did not go through correctly as we have been experiencing issues with the deposit code, which is why you may not have received your PM chips yet. This is being worked on, and we will honour the bonus as well as credit the 1M Play Money chips. Please allow us a bit of time to address this.

yeah i figure i just dont want to deposit 600 and get 1 tik when i could have done 3 deposits for 600 tot and get 3 tik.

You should be able to enter the validation code directly, without having to click the link. I've passed the issue regarding the broken link on.

Anyone else having problems trying to download it on an iPhone? When I type in Pokerstars.com it takes me to the app store and When I download it, it is the play money site which is pokerstars.net. When I attempt to download the link for iPhone users that support centime, it says not available in the US...

If you maintain your ROW account, your FTPs will be transferred to your ROW account (as StarsCoin). These will be converted at a rate of 1 StarsCoin per 2.5 Full Tilt Points. Partial Full Tilt Points are converted on a pro-rata basis, rounded to two decimal places.

The Quick Account Creation process closes your ROW account, so if you wish to maintain your ROW account, please open a new PokerStars NJ account. You will not receive a VIP Status or StarsCoin based on play history, however.

The exception to this is if you wish to forfeit your ROW Account VIP status, in which case you can request that we downgrade your ROW account VIP status and upgrade your PokerStars NJ VIP status. Note that StarsCoin and real money can't be transferred between these two accounts.

There is one area I need to seek clarification on as I can't say with certainty what would happen to your FTPs if you go through the Quick Account Creation process and close your ROW account. There may be an issue with transferring any assets from a ROW account to PokerStars NJ, in which case we would have to find a fair alternative solution. I will seek clarification and get back to you in this thread.

I downloaded client and it asked me to go to pokerstars.com I logged on there with my old name and it says create account in NJ and then it just says there was an error in the process. What do I do?
