If you haven’t claimed the whole $600 bonus with your first deposit, you may claim the remainder of your bonus with your second and/or third deposits.

Regarding the technical issues, we are of working on smoothing them out ASAP.

While a lot of time went into preparing for today, this is indeed a testing period to make sure everything is functioning correctly for the official launch March 21, and we expect to encounter some issues that we'll do our best to fix promptly.

I am monitoring feedback in this thread and will pass on issues reported. Patience is appreciated, we'll get there

I emailed support asking if we could change our user name and still maintain our VIP status and got this response.

"We are sorry if in the previous email we did not answered your query and we are glad to respond you that our policy and license agreement in the State of New Jersey requires that every player creates only one User ID on PokerStars NJ, therefore, a change to your PokerStars UserID cannot be approved, for the same reason the players are not allowed to maintain their former VIP status, and you will start with the VIP status of Bronze."

Can you clarify please?

I'm guessing the deposit limits ($500 for echeck seems ridic low) and lack of deposit bonus option have to do with soft-launch, could be wrong of course

I'm in. I was hoping our names would be separate from ROW but oh well I just added 888 to my name. Also direct bank transfer isn't working, I'm going to have to run to 7-11 I'm hoping that works.

hey dylan i tried to set up a real money account and then i got "Unfortunately we were unable to verify your account details using the online service"

assuming this isnt a beta glitch is there a place i can get this resolved. i remember having to send pictures of my birth cert and ss card into PPNJ.

Had the same trouble as some people trying to find out how to take advantage of the deposit offer but find where to put in the code for it.
