You should definitely still be earning StarsCoin when you would usually complete a Step. For a fix, try the following (if you can confirm that it fixes the issue, that'd be appreciated):

Go to 'Settings->VIP->VIP Club Progress Bar' and change from 'VIP Steps' to 'VIP Level' then click 'Apply Changes'. Then, re-select 'VIP Steps' and 'Apply Changes' once again. The problem should now be fixed.

same thing for me, fix doens't work, but confirmed i'm getting my coins. talked to anotehr reg he said his counter had stopped working, but he did nothing and it's now working...so i have no idea.

also, as an aside, the highest reward you can buy is 10k coins for $100, can we get a higher one in the store? 25k coins for $250 or 50k coins for $500 would be nice and save a ton of clicking. thanks

I've been advised to direct anyone looking for Leaderboard updates to the 'Leaderboard' tab. This is found in the desktop lobby on the right-hand menu, or in the 'More' menu on mobile.

Can you please remove the cap on maximum StarsCoin monthly rebate for Platinum status players, or at the very least make the cap larger?

Otherwise players such as myself have very little incentive to continue playing on your site for the remainder of the month after reaching the cap when PartyPoker NJ offers very similar rake pricing with no monthly cap on rebates.

i would imagine because it hit lol.

tbh i do think it will affect traffic quite a bit for the 10s since the draw of the Spins for recs was the 100k jackpot. that being said it might actually increase traffic at the 25s though.

i think a better idea for a jackpot though is having each stake have a 100k potential prize. with the odds adjusted for each stake respectively.

the one downside for being the only regulated Spins operator in NJ though. seems pretty dumb though to remove the 100k prize when WPN just started offering 1 million top prize.

There is a technical issue that required shutting down the cash bonuses in the VIP Store temporarily. This issue affected the entire world, not just NJ. My understanding is that it will be fixed (and the VIP bonuses returned) next week, though not before Tuesday due to the weekend and the Monday holiday. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How about doing something to promote 5-card draw, like a cheap tourney or .01-.02 game? I would spend a lot of time at those tables but I never find a game going.
