Something I just learned the hard way. 60 days is 60 days down to the second. Thought I might have had till the end of the 60th day from first deposit to claim the rest of the $600 deposit bonus, but they're telling me I missed by minutes because it cuts off at the exact second you made the deposit.

Nice job saving yourself from my rake on an absurd technicality.

I'm pretty sure that in the cashier where you can track the status of your bonus that it lists the expiration date down to the minute.

Yeah it does have a time stamp in the cashier, but they've since agreed that is nowhere stated clearly that I'd have to make my deposit before the end of the 60th day and agreed to give me the bonus. So thumbs up for them for reconsidering and I'd certainly abide by that rule in the future since I now know it, just requested that they make it clear in wording somewhere.

Whenever I try to open the challenges page I get an error with a title bar of:
PokerStarsBr.exe - Entry Point Not Found
and a message of:
The procedure entry point osd_ButtonFind could not be located in teh dynamic link library libvlccore.dll.

Sorry for no screen shot; hyperdesktop does not seem to be working.

Not getting either message, just initially unable to access the challenge and settings pages. Since my last post i also experiencd not being able to play a spin and go - when i tried to enter, a screen popped up asking me if i wanted to change my personal contact info.

Was able to get into both pagesabout 2 hrs ago, sent an email to support and they said to send log files from the affected mobile device. They also said those files are only stored for 24 hours so I should do it asap.

Same for both myself and my brother... We are able to access them on a computer but not a mobile device.

I think I won a main ticket in the Spin N Go. The prizepool wasn't listed above the table as usual and the chat box was not on the screen/inactive for the spin. But it didn't say what was happening. Anyway, I won the spin, but don't see a ticket. I'm confused. Maybe I didn't win one? Idk. I wasn't watching when the wheel was spun either.

Problem intermittently occurred for about 24 hrs from sending log file then worked fine after that. Hope all affected are fixed as well.

Hi, Dylan. I have a couple of questions for you regarding the PokerStars Fall Poker Festival at Resorts. Thanks in advance.


1. The schedule (at this link: http://www.pokerstarslive.net/festival/events/nj/ ) shows a $3,000+$300 tournament on November 5th and November 6th. According to the schedule Day 1 starts on November 5th at 8:00pm and the Final Day starts on November 6th at 12:00pm. Is that correct? The timing just seems weird to me. For example, if Day 1 plays for 10 hours, then Day 2 will start 6 hours after Day 1 ends.

2. Are there, or will there be, any online satellites to the tournament mentioned in #1 above, or any other tournaments other than the Main Event?

So the issue has been known for 7 months now and the issue has not been resolved....

Regarding #2, we are only planning online satellites to the Main Event.

On the first question I defer to the publicized scheduled, but I'll double check with the event organizer to make sure it's correct.

I don't think I've ever been to Cape May. My family has been going to Ocean City every summer for a long time. It is a nice place. It is pretty peaceful and quiet. Just fyi, it is also a dry city.

can you get rid of that stupid counter for the slots that says "plays". im pretty sure its driving a lot of people away from playing your slots when they see ridiculously low numbers listed there. if the games arent getting decent action you should not be advertising it to people hoping to strike it big from a machine loaded w money.

Not really. Mostly went there for the beach, but I don't know that you'll really want to do that in October. I'm guessing the boardwalk will be mostly closed also.

Atlantic City is about 35 minutes away if you want to go there for a change of pace at all.

no spins to the ps live at resorts? let's make that happen

Because we're already running these for the NJCOOP Main Event and we have other satellites running for the Festival Main Event, it's unlikely we'll see them for this first Festival, mainly so that we don't cannibalize liquidity from the existing satellites.
