I had a table freeze on my during my session and it completely froze all of my other tables and client settings (the hand replayer wouldn't load, the tables wouldn't automatically pop up). Couldn't close out of the frozen table and it forced me to restart my client.

We have not heard anything from either of the participants in the hand, nor any other similar complaints, so for now we are assuming it's a visual glitch in Observer mode. I also found from the hand history that the "down" card in that image was critical to the winning hand (a straight), which was bet on sixth street and raised on seventh. We have to assume the winner could see his card.

If you witness anything like this in the future, please send a screen grab to support@pokerstarsnj.com and, if possible, also send your program Log Files so we can see if there was a communications interruption for the observer, or something similar.

Just wanted to let you know how good it makes me feel to visit my parents in NJ and play on every legal poker site in the state except yours.

Got booted for the first time ever tonight. Also having some weird popup issue today "PokerstarsGI.exe". Something about there being no disk in the D drive. No idea what this could possibly mean.

Re geolocation issues, customer service finally analyzed my situation and said my Fios Actiontec wifi router was dropping packets, which they say caused the geolocation to fail. I've ordered a new router, so we'll see if that makes a difference. I haven't had any issues on wsop with my current router.

The new rewards program will be coming to PokerStars NJ, but due to the separate software release cycle for NJ it's likely to launch later than other licenses. We aim to give at least 2 months notice to NJ players before launching.

i guess im the only one with connection issues? I have no issues with any other site currently and am still being kicked from stars every 15 -20 mins like clockwork. I have at least 5 other wifi signals in range.

I tried support, they told me to reboot my computer, which Ive done before but can not do atm with other tables open on other sites. They then told me to use a different device and that was that. Just stopped responding after that.

I got DC'd for the first time yesterday. Other sites I had open at the time were fine. But it only happened once.

For reference I live in an apartment so there are at least 30+ WiFi hotspots in my vicinity

apparently this isnt a problem for mostly anyone since im getting zero help from anyone at stars with this. I just got DC'd yet again and I have 15 wifi signals and an adapter running.

Im getting really tired of this Stars.

I've had the disconnection issues as well. I was running Windows 8 and the customer support dude advised me to upgrade to Windows 10 (said windows 8 drivers suck, etc.). Upgraded to 10 and haven't been disconnected since. Hopefully that solved the issue

Now that WSOP.com and 888Poker do not allow hand history importation, and the Party NJ Client +customer service remain broken, this would be a really great time for you guys, as the sole provider of actual online poker competition in New Jersey, to raise rake significantly.
