Pokerstars Launches Mobile Version - Page 5 - Internet Poker

I'm really curious if Canada will ever get this? It's a gambling app yet you do not deposit or anything so maybe they will do what fulltilt did and have a browser site you can go to download the app.

With cash games, you have to select a table to close if you log in while seated at 5 of them.

I remember when FTP released rush, then mobile.. At the time they were the greatest things ever. In hindsight, they just wanted to rake as much $ as possible while they could.

This is awesome, except the fact that it is only for UK players. But I have been looking a long time for this to be released. I hope this get released asap to the of Europe and other countries.

Did Stars btw mentioned why this is only available in the UK for now? Do they first wanna test it before fully releasing it?

It is not only available in the UK. It was first released to Italy last year.

If you take a look at the pokerstarsmobile.com homepage, is there anything to the country groupings in the phone number drop down box?

France, Italy, UK
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark...
Argentina, Belarus, China, Czech...
Everyone else in the world except for Canada which is not on any list.

Would these be the groups for where it's going to roll out next?

This worked for me.
Go to iTunes on iPad. Search for poker stars. App won't appear in iPad apps but instead under iPhone apps. If it doesn't, find one of the other poker stars iPhone apps (eg, poker stars tv). Tap on that and then look down the left hand side of the screen for "other apps by this developer". It should be there. It's a universal app so adjusts automatically for iPad.

Thus no play from australia yet.

can I assume that if you have an rsa token for normal client that you'd need it for mobile client as well?

i would guess the only reason it is not everywhere is legal reasons in the various jurisdictions.

How do i get the handhistories, just request them afterwards, does that work as normal?

This app is supersupersick and good. Better than one could imagine. 10/10. Well done Stars. Looks amazing on my ipad 2. It goes up to 5 tables. It looks better than on my pc.
