Hi All,
The Mobile Team would like to thank you for your overwhelmingly positive response to our first mobile poker game client release in the UK, and in Italy.

We have been reading all the comments in this thread (and others), and really appreciate all feedback, both positive and negative. While a lot of work went into creating the first release, there's still *A LOT* more work required to make our mobile gaming experience as good as we want it to be. We have big plans, and with your help we hope to realize them.
A lot of features you might know and love from your PS desktop gaming experience (i.e. note taking, more filters, other games, etc.) aren't available for mobile yet, and there could be many reasons for that. Assume for now that it's a matter of prioritizing development, as we thought that some of the new features (i.e. the smooth multi-tabling interface) were more important for now. Also, we just couldn't fit all the features from the desktop game client into the mobile client in time for our first release, or it might have been another year or more before players ever saw it! The desktop client evolved to where it is today over about 11 years, so we hope you can be patient as we catch up.
We think we made some reasonable decisions to get the first version out to players, and are excited about what's coming next. We have a long long long list of features to add, and you can expect to see gradual improvement along with our monthly releases.
In respect to technical questions (i.e. what devices can you run the games on), we recommend you continue emailing
support@pokerstars.com with any questions you may have. They will provide their usual excellent level of service for mobile issues. We are also working to improve the F.A.Q. on the
http://www.pokerstarsmobile.com site.
As for the release plan (what other countries will PokerStars Mobile be available in, and when), THANK YOU ALL for being so eager to play. I can't provide any details on that today, but you can be certain we'll let you know soon.
Please continue to share your thoughts and feedback, and other fun stories about where/when/how you played on mobile in a way that you never could on a desktop. Those stories help keep our developers warm and cheerful as they slave through the night to make better games.
Thanks,
Jeffrey

PS - I wanted to include a "Hi, I'm Troy McClure. You may remember me from such poker tournaments as the APPT and PCA..." reference, but does anyone in the UK watch the Simpsons anymore?
