Hello, this is if anyone had some experiences on the topic and help me how did he do to fix that.

The story starts on April 13th (My birthday), I'm currently paying a debt of 200 USD and im paying 20 USD daily to cover the debt (Staking Debt), On that date i tried to send the part to a guy and it says that my account got blocked for trades and withdrawals.

After 2 days I tried to reach the support team to get more info about the problem (Because they said to me that in 24 hours they will send my a response of what was the problem, email that never came) and the answer was that one friend that i used to grind together got a problem with a payment and i was linked because i send him several times money.

I talked with my friend and seems that he used her sister credit card to get money on stars, and her sister got a bank call that she could chargeback the charge, and she agreed because she didnt knew that it was her brother.

Everything is great until i realize that I lended him like 100 USD and he returned me like 25 USD.

So, the problem is that my friend is willing to pay the debt in like 1 month or something like that.

What you recomend me to do in those situations.

I don't understand what your actual problem is. If you owe someone money, but Stars won't let you use their services to transfer it, use another service (like Paypal, for example).

OP account got blocked by Stars(for transfer and withdrawal or whole) because he transferred some money to stake someone - whom the account being investigated because,he uses his sister ccard to play and got caught -

OP you just have to wait and pray, hopefully PS don't suspend or froze your account too..Good luck
