i used to play 4 tables of full-ring rush poker at a time and i would get over 2000 hands per hour.

this sounds a lot but i'd do it by being a nit and instantly folding junk hands within 2-3 seconds of getting them dealt. the only time i was waiting was when i have a junk hand in the BB and had to wait until someone raised.

2,000 hands an hour? Are you sure? Most people claim to average around half that, don't they?

I'm encouraged if it's correct, but you'd have to act far quicker than 2-3 seconds when folding to manage 2k hands an hour.

11/9 style will get you that if you can fold like an asian.
