I remember she said that 1 or 2 times when i cashed out from Zergwentape i forgot to log out and she played few hands from my account for around 5 minutes by mistake, after she realized that the screen name wasn't hers she logged out.

So i gave them my phone number and waiting for a call. I am really stressed now since they don't give away any evidence of multiaccounting. I don't see any purpose in multiaccounting since my boyfriend was playing different stakes, different time period and even had a different stats/winrate.

The slow responses aren't anything to worry about, that's just Stars in 2017.

Your story does sound dodgy though, is there something you're missing out? A reason your boyfriend no longer plays online?

They really seem to be giving you every opportunity to tell them the full truth. It may even be possible to avoid their closing both accounts and confiscating the funds if you do tell them the full truth, whatever it may be, and which they already believe they know.

I doubt if they will want to talk to you at this late stage, so I would advise that you think hard about exactly what has happened on the accounts in the past, and then write another very detailed e-mail, as soon as possible.

The ball is firmly in your court.

That is far too much for me to read, but I did notice that you logged in from the same computer and IP address as your boyfriend. That alone is enough to launch an investigation in my opinion. They're only trying to keep people from cheating, so please don't bite their heads off.

A recommendation for the future, play from different computers and different IP addresses to be safe. Recommend never playing at the same tables as your boyfriend, never use the same bank accounts when depositing or withdrawing, etc. Basically, use common sense.

Explain how Zergwentape basically stopped playing 12/7/2016 and few days later an barely used account plays same stakes actively.

Why would I make another account to play completely different stakes? To get advantage on what? 6max games? You show me two graphs when i was playing lower stakes and my boyfriend was playing higher stakes at the same time, i was playing plo25 at that time and he was playing all the way to plo2k.

Regarding playing higher, my boyfriend was teaching me, so i could move up the stakes, since it is easier to beat rake at plo100 then plo25. As for my boyfriend he switched to playing in China.

I never wanted people to know my gender. If id beat plo100+ with a good winrate i wanted to make it a surprise... I think its beyond ******ed to make an account on gipsyteam if we wanted to multiaccount.

vpip, pfr, 3b are eerily similar. u even have the same tilt control problems as ur boyfriend of running it up then losing it all in a short period of time. ur boyfriend really coached u well

anyway the best advice is to do this:
stars already doesnt believe ur version of events and has data that contradicts urs. telling the full truth is ur best option, they might even give u some leniency
