Hello,

I'm not sure it's the right place to post this. Three days ago I logged into my account and there appeared a client message box that said I had funds that are pending being credited to my account and to accept the funds I have to fill in all missing account information (the funds equal to my bankroll). By the way I'm not a new customer and I have multiple cashouts since I started playing. And my bankroll was at $0. So I reentered all my private account data (UCN and adress) and got another error message saying: There is a problem with your registration with the Bulgarian regulatory agency. Please try again or contact support for assistance. By the way poker in Bulgaria is tax free so it cant be that kind of issue. I've sent like 5 emails since then to both the international and the bulgarian support and I don't have any answers so far. Usually when I contact support they answer me within the same day. Do you know of any similar cases? Any advises on what should I do would be most appreciated!

Wait it out or message them again.

They finally replied to my mails. Hope they fix the issue.
