Yeah they said 1am cet and now it is 3am cet? And I was still playing at 2am cet.

Keep getting popup with new ToS after login to client. Accepting doesnt help and popup reopen. I remember there was similar issue in past and I had to accept it on website, but this time even this walkaround doesn't help. Anybody have/had/solved this issue?

Has anyone else been experiencing weird packet loss recently? I'm on a BT fibre connection in the UK and it's only Pokerstars doing this. I can log in fine and I don't disconnect but I go through periods of my actions taking 20seconds to register or changing lobby screens taking an age.

Does anyone else have connection issues?I wasnt able to play a hand and on the chat they said i should uninstall the app,install from the web and then restart.But 20 minutes later i am still waiting the app to open,while i am registered into 2 tournaments

I can't update my poker client, because it downloads properly to 75% or so and then the progress bar just stops moving. And the task manager shows 0kb/s web usage so nothing's coming out at all.
I left it on overnight and it gave me some kind of an "error code -2/-67" thing, so I rebooted, and now it behaves like this. Help

Had same thing in morning, find where PS is located and open application from there, worked for me, also i added whole PS folder before doing it in my windows defender as exclude, dunno which worked or not but my old PS shortcut was the issue so i made just new one, hope it helps.

Pokerstars client started lagging to the extent that it sometimes freezes during hands and when it times out it does not even sit me out. The table just keeps hanging there empty. Connection seems to be fine but the client uses over 70% of my CPU (I have a gaming PC that doesnt struggle with newest games).

Side note, when I move the window of Pokerstars lobby around my screen, it is super laggy for some reason whereas moving the tables is smooth.

Does anyone else have the client freezing up whenever you close it, regardless if you use the logout & exit or just close it?

The client may apparently not register logouts whenever you close the client instead of using the dedicated button under Account, which can cause session timer issues for those
restricted by them.

Mostly a heads-up for people just closing the client, as I did without issues for a long time.

Pokerstars froze just now... On the leaderboard really high score and it froze damnit 8 hands left better be there still.

I am having troubles to login at stars. Is it down?

last 4 or 5 days constantly getting disconnected from stars only...any1 else getting this?

If you mean disconnected and logged out, then yes, I have had the same problem since yesterday. And I don't think it's my internet connection

I was disconnected during session + had to re-insert my login credentials despite haveing remember me ticked.

now they've just gone too far

Last few days Ive had tables and lobby freeze. Cant click anything and have to restart client. I had the please restart your client bug previously, and since that stopped have had the normal sluggish/laggy behavior. But this is completely new. Seems to have started a week ago or so after a server update.

Anyone with similar?

G’day all. Dumb question time. I’ve searched everywhere looking for an answer and ended up here. Like some have mentioned, I can’t stay connected to PokerStars. I can login fine, have a quick look around, jump on a table and a few minutes later the table freezes before it eventually tries to reconnect. Leaves me on the table and doesn’t sit me out but disconnects every time.

I have done everything to fix this, restarts, uninstall, ISP fixes and swapped out modems but nothing fixes it. It affects all devices whether windows or iOS and both Ethernet and wifi. Weirdly it works fine via LTE.

Anyone offer any help. I’ve tried to chat with them and sent logs but I’ve got nothing back from them.
