Has anybody from Canada tried withdrawing funds from PS after April 1 using visa, bank transfer or bank wire options ?

I have received a message from PS:

Your bank has informed our processor that starting from April 1, the cards the 'BIN' (first 6 digits of your card) are no longer Credit Fund Transfer (CFT) eligible, meaning they do not allow incoming gaming credits. Therefore, we will not be able to process cashouts to this particular card.
I have contacted CIBC representative and asked if they changed their policy regarding gambling transactions. As it turns out there is some new federal regulation that doesn't allow banks to process gambling transactions. I've been told by the bank, that I can't even use bank transfers to withdraw money from poker sites anymore and the only option I could still use is checks.

I hope that person was wrong about not being able to use bank transfers anymore.

For me (Ontario, TD Bank - VISA Debit & MC from another bank) it is impossible to deposit straight from my cards. I use Entropay or Instant ECheque for deposits and ECheque for withdrawal.

ECheque typically takes about 24 hours for withdrawals to clear in my bank account.
