Full TIlt will not get back w/ me Full TIlt will not get back w/ me

Last month Fulltilt support blocked my account in suspicion of having multiple accounts. They told me to send in my license and a cell phone or utility bill for verification of my address. I sent in both; now they will not even respond to me. I have just been completely ignored for the last week. I know they receive my email because it sends the automated response that they got it, but then the support never responds. What am I supposed to do to get my account back?

Why do you think you've been ignored? How do you know they haven't been working on this?

This is so completely standard and we have tonnes of threads asking this same question over and over again. FT isn't quick about this, and there's really nothing any of us can tell you.

^ to verify my above post, it was not for suspicion of having multiple accounts but the fact that i was playing too many tournaments with a friend. that issue has been resolved as i agreeed not to play w/ them anymore.

well its pretty frustrating that it has taken them a month just to verify name and address.

^ meh

does OP really expect a forum of randos to magically solve his poker site problems?

there's really only one thing OP can do now and that's wait.

I'm on the same boat as him, 9 days and running 4800 in limbo. Isn't it what these forums are for? The players?

Nope, his idea is that "public pressure" makes them deal with his case faster (and delay others in their queue).

Not saying that they shouldn't get their act up, but most OPs with a story like this know fully well that there is nothing interesting that we can tell them. They just hope that someone from FT stumbles upon this thread and decides to give it priority.

If this is not true in this particular case, please accept my apologies. But chances are ...

Yes, which is why you'll find I've made thousands of posts helping people. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can really do in this case.
