Hello everyone,

I have been having an issue with pokerstars support for almost 3 weeks now and other backers recomend me to post it here.

To begin with, I own a stable and everyone in the team plays MTTs. 3 weeks ago I was trying to make a transfer on pokerstars and I was not able to do that. After contacting support to solve the issue they asked me why there are so many transfers on my account (reloads/profit cuts it was). I replied that I own a stable so all the transfers are based on staking deal. They asked me for a list of players I am staking and how our coaching system works. I gave them the list (~10 players) and theeeeeen.. bam, everyone from the list got their accounts locked. Everyone got the same two questions:
1. What is our financial agreement?
2. Have you ever received real time help during tournaments?

Everyone made their replies same day and after that no one of us got any response. It is already 3 weeks, I am sending emails daily, I gave all the information for the support - list of players, told how our coaching works, I even said that, like 6 of us always play in the same office type of flat.

So now it's about 3 weeks without any response and without playing, also our funds are stuck there from which we need to live on. I think that is absurd to treat regular players like that.

If anyone ever had same experience or any comments what should I do, feel free to give your advice.

I wonder if you expect stars to believe you not ghosting your stable while you are in the same room as your horses.

Another eastern european scamring. Hopefully all the accounts stays closed. Ghosting aint allowed you should know that.

So I have to understand that playing in same place is not allowed? whole world does that I guess

ghosting is a grey area, 1 player per hand isnt even really enforced on pokerstars because of how hard it is to police.

the thing is you have all those people playing the same games from the same location with xsfers between accounts and most likely the same playstyle if trained by same person learning together.

this automatically makes everyone in your group high risk and most likely for simplicity sake they will just let you guys cash out and ban your accounts.

I think this is kind of interesting. Not sure how commonplace it is nowadays, but I remember watching 2m2mm, and all those guys lived in the same house, played at the same time, and transferred funds back and forth constantly.

I don't see much of a difference between the two. Is it because of the staking/coaching aspect?

It's a stable of Lithuanian players. OP is a friend of a couple friends of mine, they are not staked by him, though.

I can't imagine how any of us would know enough to say whether there is a difference or not. All we know is one thing they had in common. It's not like this one case means Stars is freezing the accounts of anyone who ever played at the same house as anyone else. I'd expect that there are other reasons for the account locks.

Wouldn't surprise me too much to find out that the Amaya security/management team have never heard of such a stable before.

me n 5 guys from the stable played on same IP for a week while on working vacay all playing same staked variant and never got flagged i know of another few grind houses that do this full time year round to, so reasons yours specificly must be locked is they suspect ghosting or acc takeover when deep, if someone goes from a tag 13/10/7 style to 20/16/12 then they notice it, can u give more details on what the living situation is? interesting to know what amaya deem account lock worthy

you can't blame stars, you basicly cannot prove that's not 1 guy playing on 5 accounts.

thanks for comments guys, I will try to give more information. Yes I am staking all of them and coaching to play same style, stable players are playing MTTs and most of them have fields of 1000+ so they barely meet each other at the tables. All of us live in the same city and then we decide to grind that day we go to the place I have rent for everyone only for the session and after we go back to home. for example we start at 17 p.m and finish at 3 a.m and everyone go back to their places.

i mean.. you guys dont even live here, the other players ONLY play when at the 'office' with bossman looking over their shoulders. can anyone really sympathize with a lithuanian group getting the boot?

edit- didnt a hungarian spin group recently get banned as well and all of those guys werent even living/playing together. just using same style and linked accounts through transfers.

they were thought to be using some kind of banned software

as for the playing in same place, this happened once then you were banned? or you guys play there every grind? some answers to these questions might help shed some light on the situation

I mean like zero chance you take over at a certain point in a tournament and use your stable of five to get you more opportunities to play deep into a tourny.

im totally sure no help or coaching happens during tournaments when you are right there with them... no chance of abuse at all

sometimes we play at home sometimes at the office, players always change not always the same, we started using the place 2 months ago. we are not doing that to abuse, grinding together is just not so boring than sitting alone at home for 12+ hours straight

yeah i can dig that, done it for scoop and wcoop a few times, welp your only hope is that playing styles dont change on certain accounts or ps will suspect foul play GL either way

Someone mentioned that these are Lithuanian players.... does your stable play Satellites on Stars? Or just big field MTT's?

only MTT's, never played satellites - that is dead thing, and stars is just side site, main tournaments winamax and other rooms

Good work stars imo . Sorry for you if it's all perfectly legit but even so having this kind of assembly line type stable is not good for the game and because of the obvious difficulties in proving cheating/ghosting then this kind of stable setup is asking for trouble
