Pokerstars has locked my account for having more than one. I had one about 6 years ago that I've lost the password and don't use the email. And another I used in Australia that I tried to use again, however pokerstars locked that one for trying to deposit with a Canadian CC.

I've never had a problem with this before, and although it is a breach of terms as far as I'm concerned it's a minor one. It seems to have only come up recently because I won a lot of money on a poker tournament Saturday ~5k. pokerstars closed the account without warning, and are now telling me my FUNDS MAY BE SIEZED. It really feels like an attack on me because I have so much money on the account.

Has anyone ran into this before and can offer any advice or what happened to them? I'm really freaking out because the money on the account is very significant to me.

their policy is very strict on these issues.

If you haven't used your other accounts for a long time; if there's no money still on the others; if you haven't used one while the others were still able to play with money on deposit; and if your personal details are correct and the same on each account: they'll probably close the later two, transfer the funds, and allow you to play on on the first account.

Now, it's a waiting game.

so just to confirm this was ur 3rd account? how long have you been on playing on this? they only locked it after you cashed for the 5k, have you made previous deposits and withdrawals from this account? seems so shady for stars to only do this after cashing for a decent amount if you have been playing on it for a while

third account, opened it up 3 months ago after I tried to deposit to my australian account (2nd account, I was in Australia for a year). they froze that account because it's protocol for using a CC that's different than the account.

Few deposit's but this was the first withdrawal on the account. My other account I did make a few withdrawals tho.

There's some serious ambiguity on why you created multiple accounts. If you didn't cheat they'll close the accounts and pay you out.

Pokerstars transfered my balance and deleted the extra account. Stressful 2 days there
