Pokerstars account frozen help

Hi Everyone,
Apologies if this is the wrong area as it is my first post.
Anyway my account was frozen a while back and I have recently contacted pokerstars to resolve this.
I have sent in all the required documents Friday and yesterday received an email saying one was missing. I checked the email I sent Friday and it was attached. I just went ahead and forwarded the 1 "missing" document pretty much as soon as the email was received.
Can anyone advise how long it takes to verify the account a I haven't had a response since 6th yesterday?
I have been trying to get this sorted for 2 weeks now and half expect another email with another issue of some sort.
All help will be appreciated

posting your pokerstars name in this thread will allow a pokerstars employee who is looking at this thread to look up your account right away

your account wont be able to send or receive PMs due to how new it is. If you use your older 2+2 account to post then that one will be able to send/receive

Oh okay, not sure if I had an older account and my ps username is gm0n3y1990.
Would appreciate a ps employee looking into this.

Been waiting a little while to get my account restored (Not an account security issue) too. And the e-mails feel like they are taking a while to be responded to.
I would advise patience.
