Not sure if this is the right thread but I play on BestPoker on Ongame, I can't log into the client and when I log into the cashier my balance read as N/A, whereas my Casino account, obv empty, reads $0. My 'base' account still has $ in it as it's where my rb goes before I transfer it.

Thanks, I'm relatively new to Ongame, any ideas on how long it usually is down for?

no idea, it just crashed, I don't think it was scheduled maintenance.

I'd think they'd be working hard to get it back for Sunday action but you never know.

Yes this is obviously the wrong thread...people here don't care if any servers are down or not. They are afraid not to get their money out of their accounts...

Hey guys,

I'm a player and one of the biggest affiliates on Goalwin and Mambo for a long time.
It is true that the situation on Goalwin has gotten much better and they are really working hard on fixing all this.

Overall many people here blamed them totally for all delays and stealing money, but they have really little idea what caused this situation.

Not going much into details, there has been no wrongdoing on their part, as whole liquidity problem was caused by 3rd parties. These 3rd parties still owes them enormous amount of money and they were forced to take legal actions.

Of course players do not care about such issues and withdrawals should be processed regularly, but I just wanted to give you a brief explanation.

I'm in direct contact with Goalwin's management and their support. I've helped many guys in here.I can't post all information, but if you would like to talk with me some more, for example over Skype (send me info via PM),especially guys with funds stuck, I would be happy to help and work up some quick solution.

We are all waiting with open ears on how you can possibly phrase this so that its not Goalwin's fault that they don't have PLAYER MONEY SECURED. It's really the only thing we really need from the poker sites, the one thing we have to trust them with, and they didn't do it. It doesn't matter that someone else screwed them, it doesn't matter that they made a bad business deal, all that matters is that the players money wasn't secured. They chose to make a decision which would allow for insolvency and now we as players are being punished for that decision.

Are you seriously trying to build trust with us by saying you are a long time player yourself. We get it, you're an affiliate trying to strum up some business, but take your business elsewhere. Don't pull blinders over us, claim that it wasn't their fault, and tell us to wait patiently because everything is going to be ok.

It took about 6 months, but I got my money (about $1000). Already thought that money was gone for good.

I can't access my Pokermambo poker accout anymore. When I request for a new password the system does not recognize my username or email adress. So probably they erased my account without any notice. Soon I plan to share information and emails about the guy from goolgaming who helped me for pulling several withdrawals out of this site.
This may be interesting for people who are looking to blame people who are resposoble for this ****.

Hi Benjamin, 6/3/13

Due to our system upgrade and updated policy regarding accumulated withdrawals of 2000 EUR.

Before we can process your withdrawal request do we need the following:

A copy of your passport/Id-card
A Current (not older than 6 months) utility bill (Electricity, phone bill, rental agreement etc..) with your name and address visible.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best regards,
Goalwin Support.

Hi Benjamin, 6/6/13

We have forwarded this to our security team. Should they need any further information will we contact you accordingly.

Best regards,
Kenneth / Goalwin Support.

Hi Benjamin, 6/25/13

Your documentation has been verified.
I will contact the payments team to speed up your withdrawal.

Best regards,
Kenneth / Goalwin Support.

Hi Benjamin, 8/9/13

We have notified our payment department about processing your withdrawal as soon as possible. There have been some delays during the summer.

We are very sorry for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

Best Regards,
Anki / Goalwin Support.

Hi Benjamin, 10/21/13

You have been waiting for your withdrawal a long time and I can also see in the history that you have sent your documents as requested.
What I can advise you to do is to reverse the amount of 7.3K and split it in 3 withdrawals of a smaller amount, perhaps 2.5K
This will allow us to start to process some withdrawals.

Your pending withdrawal can be cancelled in the cashier under transaction history (Transaction status).
Or please feel free to notify us and we can do is for you.

Once again I am very sorry for the lack of information and the delay of your withdrawal.

***At this point I waited a few months to do this, hoping the full withdrawal would go through at some point because I didn't want to cancel and start over. Finally in January I caved and restarted it.

My email: 1/27/14
I have been waiting for this money for 6 months. I'm not sure who to talk to - I did everything you asked. I cancelled the transfer that had been pending for 5 months. Made a new one in the amount you requested. You said I would have at least that money in 14 business days. It has been 24 days and I still have no money.

Their response
Hi Benjamin,

Thank you for your mail.

We understand that your patience is starting to run out. And we really understand that you are disappointed with the service that Goalwin are providing to you right now.
However we can assure you that we are doing our best to process your withdrawal as soon as possible. We have sent another reminder to our Payment department today, telling them to release your withdrawal asap!

We are very sorry that you have been affected so badly.

Once again we want to apologize for this delay.

Today 3/7/14. 9 months since I requested a withdrawal. Still not a dime, and I will only receive 1/3 of my roll on there if I ever see money because they made me break it into smaller amounts.

This is just a general warning to others that your money is not safe at all on GOALWIN. If anyone knows of a way to get money off of here PM me.

Guys, I could get back 1K out of 5K with LGA help. But now Goalwin tells they are not under LGA/Malta regultaions. They informed me they are under Curaçao license. Is it true? Who faced the same issue? What to do next?
all licenses are on the same places as before. What's going on?

These Goalwin thieves still have 2000euros of my money. They don't respond to emails either.

The affiliate I signed up through also has not been online on Skype for some time whereas he was online 24/7 previously. I emailed him but he's obviously not responding either.

Any ideas what we can do to try and get our money back?
