I use to cashout via cheq but now that option doesn't seem to be available

would i be able to just loose like 5000 too my buddy at a private table without it rising any suspicion since he plays on pokerrooom and they provide cashout through cheq

Hi Scatt Man,

Due to OnGame being on the lookout for a new cheque processor, PokerLoco took it down for a couple of days. If everything go as planned, it'll be back up within a short amount of time. As this is a valid withdrawal method at Loco.

I am having problems with withdrawals at Pokerloco.

Their management don't care about the problems, and basically ignored my emails for weeks until I told them I will warn people on the forums.

After that they told me that they will look into it asap and get back to me soon, but since it's been close to two weeks from their last email and I've sent them 2 emails asking about progress without any replies, I am finally writing here.


Initially I asked them to cancel a bank wire withdrawal, and the manager personally wrote to me that they will once I sent them the documents in.

I sent the documents in, and they never cancelled the withdrawal request, but instead processed it in the wrong currency. Now I lost about 2% of the withdrawal amount to exchange fees and all this just because of their incompetence and failed promises.

I asked them why they would promise to cancel a withdrawal, and then just process it in a wrong currency - but without any explanation.

Their standard support don't have authority to do much - and the guys who do ignore e-mails.

The same is happening to me.

I deposited via credit card 110 and, in the same day asked for a withdrawl of 156 via bank transfer.

Until this date the I don't have any money and can't get in touch with the suport of pokerloco. They don't answer my emails and the offline messages that i send via offline chat (chat is never online) are ignored.

Just one more informatio: the 110 were taken from my credit card, then the same amount (not the 156) were credit in my credit card and 2 days later the same amount was debited again. The bank transfer didn't came.

Hi all, anyone having probs getting emails/withdrawals/bonuses with pokerloco?
I was bonus whoring ongame and recently jumped on enticing pokerloco bonus. I saw a few threads with this prob of not getting emails and I have the same prob. I haven't tried to withdraw yet because I want to finish the bonus.
Has anyone had resolutions to probs at pokerloco? In fact is anyone playing there at all?? Ha!
In the past 24 hrs I have emailed the affiliate that I went through an will see what response I get from them but would appreciate any info from you peeps.

I know Loco is on the ongame network and some of their skins are having issues with withdraws related to Lock. I was told Loco is not affiliated with these issues and processing withdrawls quickly - can anyone confirm?

I am highly concerned about my funds which have been locked up on this site after November 1st. The site is no longer open to UK players and I can no longer login. I hadn't been on there for a while, and when I checked my poker email account they had sent me an email confirming that this was happening. However, in the email it said that I would still be able to login and cashout after Nov 1st, and I CANNOT do this.

I sent an email to support, to which they sent me an automated response saying that I have a "ticket" and they'll reply asap. The email links me to a site where I can apparently check the status of my ticket, but when I click the link it says I must login...needless to say, when I attempt to login, I cannot get in.

Anyone else had experience with PokerLoco? What are my chances of getting reimbursed?

Your chances of getting reimbursed are 100%.

I am the Head of Poker at PokerLoco and also a poker player and a long time user of 2+2 forums.

As you know we don´t have a UK license at the moment, however you should still be able to login to our website (not the software) and cahout via our Cashier

Please send me a PM with your PokerLoco Username and i will help you trough the process.

Although we have left the UK market, all other markets are working as usual and your money is perfectly safe and can be withdrawn at any time .

As you can imagine there has been a slight backlog in Customer Service following the entry of the new regulation.

All UK players were/are being refunded trough normal cashout process at the moment.

I heard that an affiliate offers a good deal on Pokerloco (more than 30%) which is part of microgaming network.
But I don't trust this skin and the website design is very poor imo.
How do you think about Pokerloco ? should I give it a try ?

I got my withdraw approved weeks ago an still no money. I send a support mail and no response and pmed the pokerloco head of poker in this forum and no response.
