Anyone having troubles with withdrawals now?

Hey guys!

I’m trying for almost 5 years solve a problem with the poker room PokerLoco. When I used to play there, they were a skin from Ongame. Now, I guess they were from Micrograming, but not sure.
In September 2012, I tried to make a cashout and got my account blocked. I sent all files for verification, and never got a reasonable answer. My account was blocked until 2 months ago lol. During this time, I kindly forgot what happened cause I went to Canada live there for almost a year, and travelled a lot meanwhile.
After sending more than 50 emails, I finally got acess on my account again. But here is the surprise: my balance is €0.00 (i remember that my account was in USD), so it should be USD 1.200 (my roll when my account blocked).
Then I wrote another message to ask why my money is not there, and I did not receive a reply. Could you guys please help me? I need this money.

Never had troubles with pokerloco

Hey guys,

On the 1st of October I initiated a withdrawal which got refused 9 days later because of "technical issues" (in the meantime I wrote several mails and then they responded that they had some problems and should re-request the withdrawal). I did that immediately (on the 9th of October) and since then I heard nothing from them and nothing has happened, they don't answer my emails. I had a cashout before and I am a verified member. I don't understand what's going on. Does anyone have the same problem?

For more than a month I have requested a withdrawal, the money has been withdrawn from my account, my pokerloco balance has been reset, but no money has been deposited in my skrill account.

In addition, the support has stopped answering to my messages.
