Same situation...same person...same results! I was lucky enough to make a little and get it off too...but still have over $200 on there I will never see!

All the patterns are exactly the same nor have we seen any kind of evidence that its not indeed one and the same person / company involved. Either way they are all very unprofessional to say the least ...

Only reason I say it's different is because we have Satoshi Poker ITT saying they want to discuss buying the software/cover balances.

It is also interesting to see that Fran once again does not live up to his promises ... and after the initial email bombing of the "new owners" now we had silence for a while.

I can imagine that Satoshi not being very happy with the Enterra software. However there is much better software available than the Dominicano software.

Apparently one player is waiting for action on two cash tables right now and 10 players are registered for a Highroller 5 Cent SNG that requires 20 participants.

Those waiting for the sng have been waiting for several weeks now.

I played 1 game last week, a $50 GTD $5.50 MTT and won $25 by taking it down....but what's the point? I asked Fran about the BBJ tables and he said they would be up that day....2 weeks ago and still nothing.

I made 2 cashouts totally $375 after an $80 deposit, so I feel very lucky about that...but over $200 still there. Great software that has been all for nothing!

I have been working very hard trying to find potential investors to help with our site. I had a few promises but nothing fell through. One big problem we are facing is that investors want to see action on the tables. Its not easy to offer a product when no-one is trying to support the site. I understand the concern and frustration with us, but i am trying everything in my power to make this work. We are now on the verge of shutting down the site due to lack of funding to continue to pay server fees. As of September 1st we have a 577 Euros server fee due that has not been paid. The site is in a crucial situation and this fee must be paid by the 30th or it will all be lost. I had people promise to take over and pay the server fee yet that didn't happen either.
At this point the future of Freedom is on the Ropes. We have such a great system and we invested so much money into it. But once the money is gone, its hard to do anything. In order to have a chance to get Freedom Running can we please...

Sure, we will play on your site, that has totally been unfaithful to its players, and refuses to pay out because they are too broke.

Admitting that you are broke and then asking players to step up and generate rake so you can keep the site running seems somewhat naive. If you cannot even pay a rather small server fee, does that mean that the player funds are not covered either?

That's probably because you told people almost a month ago that there was no money to pay people beyond their initial deposits, and the site was shutting down unless you found investors.

You also promised daily updates (except weekends) back on August 26th - the first post you've made since then was today.

Pretty comical to have Fran requesting people to bring their friends to the site. Wasn't there a person in this thread who did just that and then looked bad when friends didn't get paid or something to that effect? I remember person who brought their friend in getting flamed in this thread.

I could have sworn the site was sold and under new management according to fran some posts back. People were getting emails that there was new management and to come play on the site that new owner from England with his brother. What a shocker that deal fell thru and fran still in charge even though he in this thread said otherwise.

Fran's update, to me, sounds like he wants to keep controlling interest. He found some people, they saw no one played there, they backed out, and he keeps getting reset to square one.

At this point Fran, you must understand that you simply failed as a poker room manager/site owner and must sell the site/software completely. You failed to keep self-imposed deadlines and promises on numerous occasions and it completely shattered all trust in you and the PD brand. While I think your intentions are good, I think you were way over your head here.

My advice? Get in contact with Satoshi. If you have already, let us know what happened. At the end of the day, you still have a valuable asset that is the PD software. Sell it, maybe get a minority stake in the company that buys it, and move on. If you really care about the players, find a deal that covers all player balances as well. Best of luck to you.

The new site does look really nice and is smooth. Even without considering the 4 figs I've got locked up, I would hate for the software to go to waste.

Stealing from fellow poker players that actually was trying to help a very sick young lad is one thing
BUT Stealing from a SICK CHILD is another thing.
I have heard so many promises from FRAN or so called mangers I have lost all faith in ever seeing the kaylebs money.
how these people can sleep at night is beyond me,i would never dream of wishing the hurt and the pain kayleb and his family are going through at this moment but let me tell you I HOPE the people that are responsible NEVER go through this.
