I've had a post report asking me to remove it, but there's no way to verify that it's been directly copied from another site since I can't find it - seems to be a members-only site, and I'm not inclined to give them any info to create an account right now. It would be nice if the post reporter were to stop by and provide some illumination on the matter, as 2+2 members are being given no info right now.

I have an account, so I'll go check. It's directly taken from a post by the administrator of the board, and the board is basically a method of communication about the proposed purchase/rebrand of PD. There's a Q&A thread in response there.

Since you'll probably delete it and it's worthwhile information, I'll summarize: PD/FreedomPoker is broke. They apparently never got a lot of money that was deposited through affiliates. They did too many things trying to make everyone happy. Affiliates demanded added-money tournaments and the admin was apparently unwilling to say no. They spent their last money on an ill-advised software rebuild. Very few players play cash, lots play freerolls. Admin would like to give away the site to someone who is willing to take on the responsibility of running it. Admin offers to pay back deposits to players (presumably who haven't lost them) but no freeroll winnings and it seems no other winnings. Freedompoker deal never happened, and admin there is still Francisco from PD.

If that's true, it would've been nice if he had something to say about the issue in this forum rather than only on one where most people can't see it. Maybe he'll make a reappearance here at some point.

Regardless, hopefully they can come to some kind of understanding with Satoshi Poker.

Guessing English isn't rowdys native language. His use of set and goes in satoshi thread is pretty tilting. Why would Satoshi buy Poker Dominico if all or most of poker dominico players are freerollers?

The communication through support on this site is a complete joke. It makes the support staff at Full Tilt look like the nuts. Way to downgrade your site every week for the last several months. Especially after sending mass e-mails about how it will be making improvements, while in reality it is going in the exact opposite direction.

It used to be frantheman however nobody really knows if that is still the case. The communication issue has been going on for quite a while though (as also highlighted and portrayed in this thread).

Far be it from me to defend this whole debacle that is LTE/PD/Freedom, but you should expect some kind of action to be taken against your forum account if you go spamming a bunch of threads with the same questions, regardless of whether they're great questions or not. There's really no good reason to post them more than once, is there?

I see your point... but when you (depositors, affiliates, props) don't get answered through various emails over a month(s) period... it's disheartening when you get a response within 4 hours in a forum that the "public" has access to... you are either getting ignored or being played a fool... Mama didn't raise no fool
