Was sent an email approving my cashout about 10 days ago via bitcoin but it never happened. I have sent a follow up email that has generated no reply. New ownership = bad for my withdraw

Cannot help but the new name kinda reminds me of Futurama's Freedom Day. And almost a dozen mass emails from the old / new ownership within less than two weeks also don't seem quite professional at first glance ...
