Re: Please Help. 888 (LuckyAcePoker) accuses me of chip dumping.

Is it true that this type of stuff is happening to more players on this network these days? It's quite alarming to say the least!

Mike, what you meant? Do you want to tell what impossibly find such lawyer?
I didn't understand.

Thanks. I wrote them. Though didn't find 888 in their list.

Their support works very slowly. May be they will answer. Thank you for trying.

Basically some firms (here in the UK) will take a case on a NO win NO fee basis, although I think you would be hard pushed to find one in this case due to the complexity of the case to a non poker player.

At least I think that is what Mike is referring to.

Yes, it is. It's worth asking a few solicitors in your area if they will work on a no win, no fee basis. If they take your case and win it, they will be paid by 888.

Since the overwhelming consensus here seems to be OP is not a liar just like to point out to 888Rep that both LuckyAce and 888 clients will be removed from my computers when I get home and get my withdrawals processed.

I would’ve probably done the same.

I know just “how bad” it looks; how important it is for 888poker to be as transparent as possible in cases concerning player bankrolls.

However…
The information made available in this thread is barely partial, and bears little to no significance to the actual case. Explaining the case would require 888poker to disclose a lot of personal and statistical gameplay information about several players including our internal fraud detection mechanisms, something that we can not do in this forum.

We have done that immediately when approached by our Regulator. We have provided them with the entire set of all the relevant data regarding this complicated case and it would’ve simplified everything for 888poker here as well if we could just post it.
But we can’t.
As a poker operator, even if we know we’re 100% right, and all the information regarding this case has been independently verified by our Regulator, we just can’t dump this kind of data in public.

Run Good

There are way too many problems with this network.

Here is a thread http://forum.gipsyteam.ru/index.php?...pic=52970&st=0 (in Russian) from the player who was 17/27 in their $215 Sunday Major, and his account was blocked during the tournament for some semi-routine document check by 888 security. He passed the verification and can play without restrictions now. It's just some random security guy decided to ruin a Sunday major deep run, no big deal. Such treatment happens to tournament players on 888 network on regular basis, according to other posters in the thread.

They also have a unique feature resticting cashouts to 75k per month. While for most of us this is far beyond reach, there are players who win money faster than they can withdraw. http://forum.gipsyteam.ru/index.php?...&#entry1495426 (partly in Russian, but with quotes in English) The network refuses to give people their own money on very shady grounds.

I find these facts sufficient to put 888 on my personal black list and encourage you to consider this situation.

The site reps must be horrible overall. I cannot believe the response in that thread you posted. It must be that they are told what to say to make the network always seem right even when they are wrong.

Re: Please Help. 888 (LuckyAcePoker) accuses me of chip dumping.

I was planning to deposit on 888 later this year but after reading this that's not going to happen. I already know people who play there and they will be pointed to this thread and I'm pretty sure that will result in some of them leaving. I will be spreading the word among all players about 888 and what a bunch of thieves you guys are for the rest of my life until this is sorted for OP. This is disgusting.

I was never going to deposit on this site anyway, but now I'll actually actively be telling friends and other players not to either.

Re: Please Help. 888 (LuckyAcePoker) accuses me of chip dumping.

Just closed my account as well, I was going to put a bank roll on their so I could spread my games about. Pokerstars isn't fishy enough during the UK afternoon. Hopefully they will see that this is costing them quite a lot of business.
