It must be frustrating Gnuborg but I'm glad to see you haven't allowed 888 an easy ride. I suppose the one good thing from your point of view, apart from the return of your stake, is that 888 have been punished by all the people in this thread who have withdrawn their funds and will no longer play at the site. Hopefully this thread will appear in google searches of Cassava, 888, and LuckyAce.

1) Your request to see additional reports that we have submitted to our regulators. This cannot be upheld. Such reports hold personal data on the other members that were implemented in your case and as such they cannot be made available to you.

But they can blank out other players' names. And it's only screen names involved anyway. What's protected about that - they gave you the names of the other players involved anyway (and got it wrong the first time if I remember correctly).

It was a comment made by their own representative for Heaven's sake!

The Operations Department will not comment on its internal fraud procedures, and whether these are wholly/partially/not at all automated or manual. We cannot discuss internal processes in the public domain.

Seems to me that the Data Protection Act requires them to address this.
I don't know how much more you want to continue Gnuborg. Personally I, and I'm sure others in this thread, hope you take it all the way but no doubt it takes time and effort for you.
The Gibraltar Regulatory Authority have a Data Protection section on their website which explains how to complain and obtain dispute resolution if an organization does not properly comply with a Data Protection Act request. Here is the link for the main page:
http://www.gra.gi/index.php?site=dataprotection
It says:
What if an organisation refuses to respond to my access request?
If a person or organisation does not comply with an access request which you have made you may make a complaint to the Data Protection Commissioner. The Commissioner will investigate the matter for you and ensure that your rights are fully upheld. The Commissioner has wide powers to investigate complaints made to him and will take
appropriate action against any persons or organisation who is not complying with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
