That's his profile there.

Although I'm not sure what use it will do as they seem to have made their minds up already

Yes. I've contacted with him and he promised to escalate it for review 10 days ago.

Re: Please Help. 888 (LuckyAcePoker) accuses me of chip dumping.

find a well respected PLO player on the forum and ask them to look over the hands and compile a small report along with a statement of their experience in PLO, seems like a long shot but seems worth the effort just in case

I dont like monopoly's but sometimes it seems the only way forward for online poker is to shut all these scam sites down and let stars carry on.

GL OP in getting your money back

Re: Please Help. 888 (LuckyAcePoker) accuses me of chip dumping.

The bottom line is your money is not safe at 888 anymore. This is like the 4th or 5th case of wrongful chipdumping in a year, they banned a bunch of winning bingo players for taking advantage of reload bonuses, god knows what else they do behind the scenes.

I wouldn't keep any money on there that you're not prepared to lose.

Re: Please Help. 888 (LuckyAcePoker) accuses me of chip dumping.

I know this won't help the situation but it confirms they dont know how to run a poker site. I've been playin there for years but I think i'm done with the site.
I also got charged 10% exchange so if anyone know how to avoid that i'm all ears.

\Thank you for contacting us.

My name is Laura I am a Senior Representative at 888poker. I would like to start by apologising for the frustrating chat you had with my colleague and I would like to clarify a few things for you:

Please note that there is no preferential treatment regarding cashout waiting times at 888poker. You were wrongly informed of this in the chat. ALL members have to wait the 3 day processing period and there are no exceptions. I realise that my colleague advised you that there was but unfortunately she was wrongly advised herself. I have found this information on the website also but I can confirm this is not the case and there is an error in the information listed. I have sent this on to the relevant department for them to update the website accordingly.

I was also going to. It seems one of the softest networks, but that doesn´t count, as long winning players are getting freerolled by a site.

Re: Please Help. 888 (LuckyAcePoker) accuses me of chip dumping.

Thank you guys for your support. I don't know how to break through this wall. I consulted with lawyers. They say it's a win deal, but financial sense is lost because the lawyer's fees would be decent. Anyway I will go to the end. Now I'm looking for an inexpensive lawyer in the UK to initiate litigation.
