I was also going to. It seems one of the softest networks, but that doesn´t count, as long winning players are getting freerolled by a site.

Thank you guys for your support. I don't know how to break through this wall. I consulted with lawyers. They say it's a win deal, but financial sense is lost because the lawyer's fees would be decent. Anyway I will go to the end. Now I'm looking for an inexpensive lawyer in the UK to initiate litigation.

same thing happened to me, i no longer play there.

so absurd that these threads keep popping up. if youre goin to investigate someone on chip dumping, then the investigator better be somewhat knowledgeable about plo. if they see you call off with 30% equity they think it's chipdumping.

I already explained them it. For example in the hand with AsAhQcJs in 3way pot on the flop I had 21% equity. It is absolutely exact chipdumping!...
I explained to them every hand played against these players. I guess they just don't read my explanations....

I would be very greatful. But luckyacepoker is just poker room in 888 network. It is necessary to write Cassava Enterprises.
"Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited specializes in secure internet transaction processing and is the company that provides transaction services to 888.com gaming."
mail: Operations@cassava.net

As I tried to connect with GRA(gaming comission of gibraltar). Also received from them such answer:

"Dear Chernykh

Thank you for your email.

Please be advised that I have completed my initial review into your complaint against Lucky Ace Poker (“Cassava”).

As well as giving your complaint careful consideration, we engaged senior management at Cassava on the matter.

I see that Cassava have concluded that you participated in chip dumping and have therefore closed your account and will not remit to you any funds in your Cassava account. I believe that Cassava are acting in accordance with the terms and conditions of Lucky Ace Poker that you agreed to when you registered there.

Cassava were able to conclude from the material and information at their disposal that you knowingly participated in the chip dumping. Cassava will not disclose details of how they came to the conclusion that you knowingly participated in chip dumping, as this information in the public domain is to the benefit of persons who look to chip dump, and to Cassava’s detriment. We are not, therefore, able to disclose to you the detail of how Cassava concluded that you knowingly participated in chip dumping.

It is apparent that Cassava have not come to their decision without good reason, and that they have acted in accordance with the terms and conditions of Lucky Ace Poker. The material and information that we have seen suggests that you have been involved in improper practice.

I am afraid, therefore, that we will not look into this matter any further. If you would like to progress this matter further, then I am afraid that you would have to do so through the relevant courts of law.

Yours Sincerely

Paul Fox
Gambling Monitor"

Have they written to you to tell you the hands that they think you chimp dumped ? Have they confirmed that you only have 22 hands against him ?

Have you received local legal advice on this ? Where are you from ?

Dont 888 just have a transfer option like stars ? Why would you feel the need to chip dump and not just transfer?

There is either some information missing from your story or this is ridiculous and i worry about playing on 888 etc and would seriously consider no longer playing here.

Any 888 reps on 2P2 commented on this ? ( does 888 have reps ?)

I would contact poker media as well see if anyone wants to pick it up ( obv unlikely due to advertising etc )

I would say this should be in NVG as well seems like news to me.

OP this has happened before to people, including myself. For the ones I know about including me we all had our accounts given back and 0 reason or explanation for why it had happened at all. Actually in my case their excuse was "I made a mistake" They also accused me of chip dumping to my own screen name lol.

888 are ****** for doing this to people for no apparent reason but they have given accounts back, I think if yours was a typical case your account would have been given back by now. Maybe because it was some kind of final decision in your case instead of just an investigation it can't be reversed easily by them.

I gotta side with the OP and say that this should be in NVG now where it will get more views and perhaps force 888's hand into having a look at it again as this is just totally bizarre.

As an 888 player it does concern me.

OP already has this thread and one in another forum about his problem. There is no need for a third thread, and it certainly isn't a topic for NVG.

People who are interested in internet poker and in 888 will read this thread, and diluting readers' comments between three threads about the same situation won't do any good at all.

If you want to help the OP, PM the 888 rep here and ask him to comment in this thread; and e-mail Support with a link to this thread, where it is obvious that, if we have been given the full facts, 100% of players feel the site has made a serious mistake in this particular case.

I think I have seen more of these false chip dumping accusations from 888 than any other network. I think this speaks volumes about how the site operates and how they treat their customers.

Unless there is more to this story, this is absolutely ridic.

I'm sorry for those who disagree, but threads like this are clearly IP threads. In order for threads about internet poker sites to be in NVG, they generally have to be "big news" type threads (like Black Friday, or the ongoing FTP fiasco).

Individual stories/struggles with a site, even one where the site is wrong, aren't really NVG material, and would completely overwhelm NVG if this were changed.

FWIW my decision to move the thread out of NVG wasn't anything personal, OP, and I really hope you get your money back.

They didn't show me hands in which they suspect me of a chipdumping. They only told that the player "Lamlen" is intentionally losing a hand to me. But after long correspondence they changed the opinion and accused me against the player of "Bertunior". This is similar to "it would be the desire to accuse, the reason there is always".
The request to send me hands in which they suspect me in chipdumping they simply ignore...

I'm from Russia. I consulted with russian lawyers. They told me that it is winning case. But the costs will be considerably higher bankroll 5361$. And they said I can set the claim loss of profit.
At the moment I am looking for a lawyer cheaper.

I don't know about the transfers at 888. I have never used this option in 888. I never needed a chip dump and didn't do it. Don't ask such questions please...

Such information isn't present. I can provide screenshots of all correspondence if it is required. Also I posted all hands against "Lamlen" and "Bertunior" and screenshots from HM.

I understood you. Thanks for wishes by the way. But this problem already far not isolated case. I found in the Internet already at least 20 threads with blocking in a 888 network...
In my opinion this subject is quite large-scale now.

I agree that I pursue the unblocking purpose. And specifically this thread isn't such large-scale news to creation. But such threads full and on the basis of them it would be already possible to make news.
