Hi,

My pokerstars.com account works when I'm travelling around Italy and Spain.

I was told by a friend that it should be closed in these countries ?

Does anybody know what the consequences are for playing in these countries ?

I am not doing anything to try get around the system, I just works.

I just am worried about loosing my bankroll or being banned for doing the wrong thing ?

Any advice would be great.

Well - I think you should have asked support in before. Maybe find someone that can ask about it for you if you dont want to contact support from your account.

Because I enjoy playing and will be travelling for several months.

I'm not actually doing anything wrong to fool pokerstars.

I just simply open it up and it allows me to play.

You'll probably get only a warning first if you play there, but it could be confiscation of your funds and/or cancellation of your account.

Thanks for that reply, really appreciate it.

Even though I would only be using a local WiFi and not doing anything to get around the regulations, I think I will just enjoy my holiday and play when I get home. I wont be comfortable knowing there is a possibility of loosing my bankroll. . . . Tell you the truth, I'm feeling a bit uncomfortable that I have previously logged into my account from Spain lol.
