A few days ago my Full Tilt account was frozen.
I am today 19 years old (lives in Sweden) but I created my account when I was 13 to play for play money and play freerolls, with the intention to learn to play poker.

When I was a minor I did not deposit a single cent into my account but I did participate in real money play with my $ I won in some freerolls.

A week ago I deposited 10 dollars inte my account to play in the doubled guarentee week over @ FTP. I went on a bit of a heater and my balance shows now about 1 k $.

I recieved this weekend an email from FTP saying that I have played on the site when I was a minor and that it is against the T&C.

Yes I played on the site when I was a minor but did not cash out a single cent.

What do I tell FTP in my response to them?
Do I have any chanse of getting my money back?

If I placed this thread in the wrong, by all means move to the right one.

tell them what you said here, They already know you were under age. I suggest you come clean and tell the absolute truth. This has happened many times before and overall I can say that it usually turns out okay.

It doesn't matter is you deposited $ or not. You "gambled" real $ as a minor on their site, and that's against their TOS.

Email them and be completely honest with everything and see what happens.

It says in the email that FTP will take this into account if any future activity against the ToS happens. So I guess I can get to keep my account either way, just hope I get to keep the cash as well.

this case would be interesting since ftp has different owners . if he only played at ftp then he has been of legal age since ps bought ftp , so he hasn't broke there tos. gl I hope it turns at well for you. That would make tom dwan a target to in a round about way.

When was the official purchase of FTP? My birthday is september 22 and I turn 20 this fall. Was I over 18 when ps bought FTP?

How could this case be interesting? He played as a minor. Period. Just be honest with them and accept all the consequences involved.

They probably just asked you to submit ID, re-read the t&cs, and promise to never break the rules. That's at least what happened to me, although their support made the process take forever. I was lucky they didn't steal my $$ or my horses $$

LOL. Yeah i mean, all my heroes of online poker i guarantee they NEVER would stoop so low to play underage, like that is against the rules. RULES ARE RULES. If i ever find out tom dwan played at 16 i might have to change my screensaver to a different nude picture..

Yes its against the rules, but to actually hope this kid gets banned and loses his money because he wanted to fool around at online poker at 16 is pure evil...

Why even have rules in the first place? How far do you take it? I mean if every case you give the money back and only ban them till they turn, then the site is allowing underage gambling. If you do not like rules then fight to change them.

No, if they released your account you are a okay. Just that you have a strike under your belt already so if you have another issue, even if small, they might just ban you so I would give a general skim of the TOS if I were you.
