Before i even deposited 4 5 days ago, i uploaded all my Documents so i didnt run into any trouble, hours later i get an email saying that the Photo id is not correct and they need a new copy, (Party, PKR, 888) All accepted this form of ID i had and it was clear, so i though ok whatever il retake a photo of my License and send again so i didnt get any hassles i took 8 photos of the License and uploaded it.

This is all after i try to cash out to Neteller and its been 5 days ive had no response from them what so ever. Its starting to make my blood boil not getting an email from them.

Are Bwin the only company not working Easter break... All other sites are going and replying to emails etc.

yes the support at bwin is poor they do not process any type of cashout on any holidays or weekends or outside business hours, also support can be very slow at replying to emails they took 8 days to reply and cashout a four figure sum for me last year.

if the documents you have sent in are legible you will be fine if they take much longer email them and tell them about this thread and that will speed them up

4, 5 days sorry not 45 I would have called my lawyer if it was 45 days lol. Yeah still no emails from them nothing I can't even call them from Australia the number I have from their site says disconnected. What is the correct time for them what country are they in?

If u did some research you would know bwin have a rep for id problems.

Ongame didn't accept my ID scans either, so I took a good photo of my ID and bank statement and they approved it. Mellow out. Every site has different security protocols, and some sites are slow to respond but that's the way it is.

why did you go for bwin? other ongame skins are better for various reasons.

Well **** Bwin and there never ending string of no emails. 5 days is a long time considering stars neteller is instant I thought I'd give them the benifit of the doubt and try a new site but this is insane. Why has 3 other sites accepted my I'd what are the security team at bwin blind that they can't read my I'd when all other sites can. The key thing about sending in the docs before depositing is to wait until they are cleared before actually depositing imo.

Sorry I'll re post I downloaded bwin created an account deposited 20 dollars before I even sat at a table I got all my documents ready uploaded them started playing by morning I had enough to cash out I get an email saying the license is no good reupload so I did 8 copy of it and 2 of my credit cards even though I used neteller to deposit.

I got no response obviously Easter and they don't work was getting stressed out only got an email yesterday so all good now

even if your withdrawals > deposits it only takes a few hours to approve it manually

This is an interesting comment. When I played on the everleaf network, this kind of thing happened a lot. If that thread is still going, (there is a couple of threads regarding that network), I made a post commenting about this occurence. The 2nd hole card you received would switch to another. Didnt happen all the time, just some of the times.
