Re: Pitbull Poker help
Hi guys,
Thanks a lot for sending your suggestions and comments. I definitely agree with the sorting and the tabs, although we use other language on our programming than C++, I will insert in our development schedule these features to make your playing experience a lot better.
I also will try to keep updated on this thread when we release a new feature so you guys can test it and to get your feedback so we know how to shape it better.
Cheers!

Re: Pitbull Poker help
Transa,
We don't work with "support staff as prop players in a shed together". Prop players are people who do not work for the company and receive a special deal usually through rakeback in exchange for them filling some tables for an specific amount of time, normally, measured per week. That is not the case of our support staff, which is only hired to provide support. Thanks!

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
Thank you all for your feedback, I have been reading it and adding stuff to our list. Some are things we can jump in and modify on the spot (a very few honestly) while others are going to be considered for our coming releases.
I hope to keep seeing these kind of feedback, it will help us improve for sure!

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
Hi pbdave,
I played several times on your site. But since yesterday, when I try to reach Pitbullpoker, I get this message on my screen:
Website Temporary Unavailable
The backend server is having temporary difficulties, causing the site to not load. Please contact the hosting support then check back later. Thank you for understanding.
Message Automatically Generated by BlockDos.Net
This problem only occurs with Pitbullpoker.com. Is this a common thing or something you know about?

I am facing the same issue as the guy above and have e-mailed you about this. When is it likely to be sorted?

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
Hi guys,
Sorry I have not been here before. I have had my hands full working with the techs and our hosting to fix an apparent issue that is affecting the ISP hubs where our servers are located.
The reason you see that message is because of such complication. We are doing our best to resume activity by the end of today. I will provide further updates as the day advances.
I know you find this frustrating, but truly this is an issue our of our technical control and we need a third party (our hosting and ISP) to work with us to get everything back online.
I appreciate your understanding.
P.S. My email today won't be working so you can PM me.
