Re: Pitbull Poker Support

What I'd really like to know is this: does 2 + 2 have any official stance on this??? Why the hell not?

IMO, someone in authority ought to tell pbdave to get his **** together or lose his access to these forums.

What does Casinomeister say about Pitbull?? (I'm too lazy to look.)

Interesting... the IGC web site doesn't list PB as a member.

Looks like another "mistake" on their (PBP) website.

Lol you would think they would have updated their website to a few weeks ago, before someone caught this lie too.

Cashouts are much more important then the hh issue.
Im gussing your not waiting for a transfers of thusands of dollars ?

How can i be relaxed about it when i cant even get an answer from support or dave, for all i know they can be fileing for bankruptcy.
They have like 30 players left on their site.
Withdrawls department are not anwsering mails, they claim that they dont have a phone line, so i can not call them, they dont even have a gambling license ?

They can basically confiscate all playerfunds, i doubt the police in costa rica would help me...
I agree with you Apari. If I owned a poker site my absolute #1 priority would be to provide quick and hassle free cashouts. I spend nearly all my time at little sites, and a few do a very good job, but many even though I trust them completely and they always come thru in the end, take forever.

I've often speculated on why this happens, it seems so obvious that speedy cashouts builds customer confidence more than anything else.

Some of my theories:

1) Most players never cashout, they deposit their 50 or 100 lose it and deposit 50 more next payday. So the sites blow off setting up a good system

2) Cashouts via ewallets are really peer to peer transfers, so if you get unlucky you ask for a cashout and they don't have enough in the ewallet. In that case they always lie and say technical difficulties but they wire more money in and the cashout goes thru in 10 days or so.

3) wires I have no explanation

4) checks all these places use 3rd party processors who routinely screw up.

Don't get me wrong PitBull may start stiffing everyone, but I know for sure cashouts, some of them quite large, were being processed well after all these problems came to light.

"But also we need to let you know, we can only process your payout for one thousand every week as a company policy"

I will contact the players with pending cash outs via email only. You are free to post your valid questions on this thread or better you can email me with them. If you post a question, please include username so I know which account to check on.

With that said, I will only follow up on the posts that bring a valid request, claim or comment to the table. Thank you.

Hi Dave,

Regarding Shrooms cashout

You advised the other week that you had sent several emails to Shrooms regarding his cashout. These were never received. whether there is a problem with the email i dont know.

Therefore i would be grateful if you could leave me a private msg on here regarding the payout instead of via email to him

Thank You

Dave,
How come no more posts in the superuser thread anymore?? After all the proof that Pitbull is shady, gaming news sites picking the story up, numerous questions regarding the sites integrity....

Re: Pitbull Poker Support

My player name on onlinepoker66.com is coolcat6. I would like to receive my cash withdrawal from the site. I have followed all the steps & authorizations that were asked of me. No one has contacted me after several requests. Will I get my money or have I been scammed ? I have been told Dave at Pitbull is suppose to take care of this.
