Cashouts are much more important then the hh issue.
Im gussing your not waiting for a transfers of thusands of dollars ?
How can i be relaxed about it when i cant even get an answer from support or dave, for all i know they can be fileing for bankruptcy.
They have like 30 players left on their site.
Withdrawls department are not anwsering mails, they claim that they dont have a phone line, so i can not call them, they dont even have a gambling license ?
They can basically confiscate all playerfunds, i doubt the police in costa rica would help me...

I agree with you Apari. If I owned a poker site my absolute #1 priority would be to provide quick and hassle free cashouts. I spend nearly all my time at little sites, and a few do a very good job, but many even though I trust them completely and they always come thru in the end, take forever.
I've often speculated on why this happens, it seems so obvious that speedy cashouts builds customer confidence more than anything else.
Some of my theories:
1) Most players never cashout, they deposit their 50 or 100 lose it and deposit 50 more next payday. So the sites blow off setting up a good system
2) Cashouts via ewallets are really peer to peer transfers, so if you get unlucky you ask for a cashout and they don't have enough in the ewallet. In that case they always lie and say technical difficulties but they wire more money in and the cashout goes thru in 10 days or so.
3) wires I have no explanation
4) checks all these places use 3rd party processors who routinely screw up.
Don't get me wrong PitBull may start stiffing everyone, but I know for sure cashouts, some of them quite large, were being processed well after all these problems came to light.
