Let me tell you my experience with this site.
About 3 years ago I wanted to get into online poker. I found some link that said "Free $10" with no deposit required. So I said what the heck and gave it a shot. I read some article online about beating microstakes and I turned that $10 into probably a $1000 playing FR NL25. The players were just really bad although there was only like 1 or 2 tables going.
It took me awhile to be able to withdraw (not sure about the exact timeline) since you have to have a certain amount of points AND you also first must make a deposit into the site. Nevertheless, I did clear everything and my withdrawals were usually done withtin 48 hrs (money went straight to Neteller).
The customer service at this site is not the greatest. You may hear completely different things depending on who you speak with. They do try very hard though, but it just seems like it's very disorganized.
But overall I can't complain as the free $10 helped me start my poker career and let me build my confidence

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
Players that do not wish to login to Pitbull Poker to expedite their payouts may email me with their details: screen name, registered email and preferred method of payment. I will pass the request to the Accounting Department so they take care of the payout.
No information has been compromised in any way. Your player information is safe and unused except for cash out purposes.
Pokerpus, certainly your t-shirt issue is a player issue, naturally I was addressing the OP66 players. You can email me your details as well and I will try to find out what's up with it.
Thank you.

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
Ok, when i start playin onlinepoker, find 1 little onlinepoker sites name: www.onlinepoker66.com, and i start playin with chips there, for some days i find out
that i can play some tourneys where i can get tourney points, and medals for first 3 places, nice i said to myself, i was playin that tourneys about 1 year, and improve my poker (s)kills, and it was for free, didnt go on some big site to be a fish, and op66 forum was for (and it is) my 2nd living room.
About 6 months playin on op66, we (op66, my 2nd familly) change script, and now we can play for reall money, but still playin on free side for prestige points and medals.
Later i understand that we enjoyed poker network where we play real money poker with other sites, this is a point where Pitbull poker came in my living room.
Playin poker for chipies and medals, make a big and lot of friends in op66 forum, and playin for real money on poker network.
My account on real side was bigger and i want to made some payouts, so i made a payout request, and wait, after 1 month, contacts with 24/7, and big help of my op66 administrator i was finally get money, there i find out that someone else workin on payouts and find out that on this poker network op66 are small part, and for payouts need to wait because of arrogance of pitbull managment.
But ok, my forum administrator help me and i feel secure.
So, i keep playin real poker there, and in that point i was registered on more poker networks, but no one had forum like op66, where i had and have lots of friends.
One day, i cant log in on my site , onlinepoker66, check forum, and there see thread where one guy said that op66 players can login on Pitbull with username and password from onlinepoker66?!!!!??!!!
And go on pitbullpoker site for a first time in my life, put members login, type my username and password, and guess what, i m landed on pitbull pokersite, see that all my private detailes are there, press playpoker and whoooop im in poker room.
Im not a stupid one , knew how business work, and i made conclusion "pitbull hijack all players from op66".
And thats all true, op66 shell go on new, better poker network, think that will be ok with old poker network of pitbulls, but as a name said pitbull made a bite, dont want to let that stick easy (i had Amistaf and i knew that this dog are very very stubborn), so they steal (it wasnt hard, they had all allready) op66 players accounts and put them in theres database.
So, now y can play with your account from op66 pitbull poker site, ok, why not, but why that way, if you have all op66 members, y can just post emails that we can play on pitbull, and there will be on us to decide, will we or not, Dave?
And you said that you are not answerin in any busniess mater only player mater?
This is all busniess mater, and if you wanna do you can do in better way, you know that, what will be small poker sites think of your behavior (your managment behavior),
you need to clean that busniess issue with onlinepoker66, be fair and do what y need to do..
And for end , im playin now on 5 onlinepoker sites, cant wait that www.onlinepoker66.com start on new poker network, and, maybe, i will play on pitbull,
but i will allways play poker on my op66!!!!!!!!!
Chears, Dave!!!!
And please give that sheaty t-shirt to that player, he is your old player, and he want to promote your site, i dont.
If i will want to promote someone i know who will i ask for t-shirt!!!!!!!

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
I am an original OP66 guy, and pokerpus and joya are two of my best buds from the site. I did recently apply for a cashout as well, and understand it will take a while, but it would be nice to get a confirmation email that it is in the process of being completed.
I also think I will continue to play on pitbullpoker.com because it seems like they have a nice community thing going there like op66 did. There are a lot of tournaments and stuff that I think I am going to try and be a part of.

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
Dave , i am updating my address at pitbull before i e-mail you.-i have been at pitbull for 3 years (about) it is the first poker site i played.like many i've seen comment , i too learned poker , from here.i'll always feel some sense of ...i don't even know? ,i can't say loyalty but an affection for my first site.-i have gone through many personal "upgrades" to my game.i deposited $50.oo my first time(about $300.oo total)-i pretty much blew that,,my thinking at the time was " i leary of anything where its not face to face",,but thorow 50 bucks st pitbull ,,if i get taken,ok,i tryied.i played and plqayed,,i got top 18 in freeroll 1st week, and now anyday i enter one i'll get top 18 ,i probablt have aboutr50-100 1st places,,by the way ,is there any way to find out my stats??..my point is anywhere a person spends this much tinme,,,at least e,,,i have feelings related to it.when i was getting the run around with my T-shirt..that was it.i got sent to every e-mail address there was.i kept saying "look i deposited about $300.oo-if qa t-shirt is this tough ,what about cash outs,,,well i used to see a couple of people here every day (i think they left now)..he said he cashed out a few times..i DO believe him..we used to send each other cash ,when one was broke.i saw a few people regularly and enjoyed it.i like to chat and have some fun when i play.-i'm a good sport and lose well.especially to good players. i then found op66.--think about it,,many6 casinos in vegas,,people don't usually just go to one.i won't go on about op66 ,but to some it up ,"great people!!"i have my persona;l photo's on my page and ,,,many people there arn't happy with me because i haven't turnt ,my back on pit,,,well i got $300.oo invested in pit.i will continue to play pit.i'm ready to cash out when i get the $$$.-over those 3 years i have told many people "pit is cool,,they pay" because my friends there got paid(im think)--i don't need to cash out from op66,i got my money there invested in a -rpg- game ,and am ready for the switch.-so these op cashouts arn't effecting me,,,i'm very concerd how it effect some GREAT people i have met at op.-not my bussness ,,except that this does effect every player on any site this server serves.-i only play op66 ,and pitbull,,ive experimented with others ,,but i love op66 and pitbull is like my first girl...maybe not the best...but i love her too.
i have left message with support,,noone availble now--i see you've changed the live chat too,,the emial adress to identify op66 players???

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
Hi guys,
Your feedback as always, good or bad, is appreciated.
We don't intend to force anyone from OP66 to play at Pitbull, I understand you were not properly informed and that leads to question the action we took, but we simply allowed access to the players that didn't have a chance to make a payout request before OP66 ceased operating with us.
Finally, pokerpus, feel free to email me your new address details and I will make sure to update it. We are thankful for keeping us in your thoughts still and I hope we can improve our relations from this point on.
Thanks to all!

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
Hey Dave,
I can't read this thread in full but have a question for you. I would like to know about your Sit & Go traffic. I mean, are games running all the time or is it a smaller network where you have a long wait for them to fill ?
Basically, I am a serious player from Stars looking to move my play elsewhere. I would like to find a new site to call home but don't know if smaller ones such as yours are where I can have success.
What would you say to a player used to a site like Stars ? What can be done to persuade me to Pitbull Poker.

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
Hi Petrenko,
It's good to hear you want to change a bit on your poker room selection, it's better to hear you are considering us.
We obviously cannot compete at the same level of Stars, however there are certain aspects you can think about that will give you a new and different taste:
- 200% up to $750 sign up deposit bonus
- Small field of guaranteed tournaments running daily so you don't have to swim thousands of players to hit some cash, and you can play more tournaments as they don't take so long on our site
- flash based software that allows you to play everywhere
- over 20 payment solutions
- casino games available with jackpot prizes and great bonuses
Feel to open your account and try out the games. If you have any questions please let me know via PM or contact our customer support. Cheers!

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
PBdave or anyone else, does the "CREDIT TO VISA CARD" method of withdrawal work for players from the USA? What does it show up as on the credit card? Thank you.

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
Guys,
I am here to clarify a few things for you:
1. I am not related to the excellent Brenes brothers. In Costa Rica, Brenes is a relatively common last name.
2. I am a real person, hired by Pitbull Gaming over a year ago to look after the network they were building and along the line I started to taking care of other tasks to eventually look after the forums with the idea of providing an additional support venue.
3. The HH policy is what I know; I follow the policies and terms that the company has set. I am not making new policies out of thin air. We have never sent HHs like the ones requested and has always been the same policy (at least since I joined the company).
4. I am not attempting to be deceitful with you guys or anyone, I was actually trying to be a mediator and resolve the conflict.
5. As of today I am not posting anymore and you will have to deal ONLY with Customer Support if you want to keep asking for HHs or ask for payouts or whatever you can think of.
Good bye

Re: Pitbull Poker Support
If dave brenes isn't a level he's the biggest moran on the planet. Its a disgrace that he is still employed speaking to customers this way. "Good bye" dave, there goes most of your sites business.
