I have not traded with anyone in the last 48 hours, however, I believe my 2p2 account may have been hijacked. I was not able to log on over the weekend and hopefully a mod can verify that I emailed support regarding this issue. My account on PS is not ragsforsale, it is secondbest, just as it is on FTP.

Hopefully someone can vouch for me, I have sent first on all three transactions that I have been involved in. FWIW, I had an overly simple password which I am now changing.

I can say this guy has traded with me and I had great success and communication. I am not sure what happened to his account. I know he is secondbest on FTP. Must be compromised account or something.

Whether you're innocent or not, this is going to be impossible to prove even if the IP address is different. You could have a friend use your 2+2 account to do the deed and claim hackery afterwards. I am not saying that this is what happened, but how would anyone (including a mod) know whether you're innocent or guilty?

I am aware of this, but I don't know what other option I have? I could send you a small amount from my PS account, but I have never been able to fund it. I wish I could do something else but I'm not sure what there is.

I'm just saying it's highly suspicious. I log onto 2p2 from three different ip addys daily so that really doesn't prove much. But like i said, money is gone.. not really anyway of getting it back. And near impossible to get Stars to reverse a trade because i have no reason other than my word.

I highly doubt 1huskerfan scammed anyone. I traded with him on multiple occasions and always with A+ results.

Well i've backed off on my claims that it was actually him that scammed me, even though the succession of events is still suspicious. But at the same time, i still hold him accountable of my situation for not protecting himself better. Pointing fingers will do no good though.

This is a very serious matter indeed and I would advise that everyone doubles their guard against being scammed by this lowlife thief.

In fact, it is probably sensible to stop quickly arranged transfers, altogether. Perhaps before transferring first, find out the other party's real name and e-mail the poker sites' Support to say that you understand that they cannot confirm the other guy's name, but your intention is to transfer to Player ABC whose real name is XYZ - instruct them that if this is not the case, you do not wish the transfer to proceed.

This is old news bro, read the posts from today. Someone hijacked my account yesterday and actually burned someone. I never thought using 'password' as my password would coe back to burn me on a message board but it has. FWIW, on every transaction I have done I have sent first, and my screen name on PS is 'secondbest', just as it is on FTP. I am currently trying to help the person who got burned by working with Stars.

You should really read the current posts before posting something like this. My name has been dragged though the mud plenty for this already. Doing my betstest to make it right at this point.
