This guy plays multiple role I believe. This is the pm me and him exchanged thru that forum. he told stars that he's the victim too cuz he said he gave this "keith" guy(who i was introduced to and spoke on the phone for a long time) 25k in cash and received 25k stars money from Keith. He told stars that he didn't know that keith is not me. So he got away from stars' investigation. I have a lot of cell phone text msg and yahoo messenger chat history saved, i believe this ladypoker079 guy is the Keith we're talking about. I'm revealing this because i want 2p2ers to stay away from him and to know that this guy is very very tricky and sneaky in all aspects.
He stated that he's broke and currently in LA when i got a hold of him, however, last week, when i checked cardplayer.com, i accidentally found out that he final tabled Caesar's palace's mega stack tournament (6/10's event, name's Van Ho), so he wasn't in vegas and he's not broke.

First and before I help you answer any questions that you may have, I would like to you ask you a few questions my self. Due to the nature of this situation and the concern of my family safety as well as mine, I hope that you can clarify a few things.

I have spoken to Poker Stars security’s staff and they have told me that for one reason or another, you do not know the third party that was involved in this matter. Also they had mentioned that Poker Stars will not get involve in this situation because the deal and transactions was made outside of Poker Stars. After speaking to them I am still left without answer and there are still questions that are still lingering in my head.

With that said, I would like to know how and where did you meet the party that promise me and my friends to transfer money, I would also like to know how long you have known the third party and what are your relationship with them? Also, I would like to know the details of your transaction on your part prior to this.

Because I to would like to catch the person or people who have taken my money as well as my friends money. But the safety of my friends and family are more important than this situation. I have told Poker Stars that I will give you the benefit of the doubt in believing your story and that I feel sorry as well as bad for you; should you in fact are one of the victims too.

You see, I do not know you and the thought you not knowing these people is be on my thoughts. And I do not know if you and your friends or who ever you said they are, are still at loose or not. I hope that you understand my position. Because from my side, your friends have proven to me that you guys are really close. Therefore I am unsatisfied with this matter.

I hope to get a reply from you soon so I can consult with my adviser. Also can you please provide me with an email address that you have register with Poker Stars. I would like to double check it with them. This is a forum site and I do not wish to give out information to the wrong person. Now that you have answered some of my question, I will answer yours.

I met Keith when I was in Las Vegas In late March or early April. He was very talkative and we became acquaintance. After that, I did not meet him again until late May in California at a local poker casino. At that time I couldn't make a deposit into my account and after talking to him. He told me that he could make a transfer for me if I give him cash. And I would be saving on the fees on western unions.

At first, he asked me how much I would like to purchase. I told him not much and that I might only want to purchase $1,000 or $2,000. At that time, I did not give him any money and he told me to let him know if I wanted too. Then the next day I saw him again at the casino and I gave him $500 and he told me that he would make the transfer. He then also asks for my password and told me that he needed it to confirm the transaction. I then gave him my password because I didn’t have much money it in and after talking to him, he got my full trust.

Then I received the money but it wasn't the $500 that I purchased from him, I also spoke to a few other people at the casino and they told me that it might be a problem if the account is not his. So when I got back home I then made the transfer back and made my plan on just trying to get my $500 back when I see him. The next day when I saw him again at the casino, we spoke and he gave me back the $500. We spoke for a few more minutes and he told me that, him and his friends was going to the World Series of Poker in LV soon and that if I wanted to join him then he’ll introduce me to his friends and they might be able to bankroll me in live cash game here and LV. After talking to him, he seems like a very nice and generous person and I gave him my trust even more then before. I then invited him to my place and we talked about the WSOP and how to play poker and how he knows a lot of poker pros. After he made a transfer into my account for $3,000.00 and I gave him the $3,000 in cash. After that he came over to my place and we talked about the WSOP and he told me to log onto Poker Stars and he’ll introduce me to his friends Terry fan who is a Pro Poker player. He also told me to play with you and that I will win because you will help my bankroll and that he had spoken to you about me already. So when I play the side game with you and I kept loosing, I told him that why am I loosing my money. Then he jump in and told you to fold. But yet I still lost my money. But he reassured me that it was okay. Then he called you, and came back and told me that you were testing me before you were going to help bankroll me. Then he told me that he will transfer $12,000 but later I only got $10,000. And my trust for him was even higher. I then gave him $5,000 and $5000 in casino chip. After that I didn’t do so well and he told me I can purchase more then I purchased another $10,000. At that time I didn’t have the money, so my friends loaned it to me and gave it to him. He told me to get ready for the WSOP but I couldn’t go anytime soon because of my family so I told him I will try and come to Vegas when I can. Then on June 4th he called me and told me that he’ll be in Vegas and that he would not be able to transfer anymore more anytime soon and that I should purchase more if I needed to now. So my friends gave him $7,500.00. But I only got $4,000.00.

I tried calling him and calling him but he wouldn’t pick up. Then my friends call me and told me that they were looking for him too because he owe them some money. After talking to my friends, I figured that something was wrong and that was when Poker Stars contacted me.

You see, him and his friends know where I live and know where my friends live too. This is our main concern when Poker Stars contacted me, because I do not know if you and he are up to more stuff and I didn’t want to be involved. My friends and I have come to a point that our safety is more important.

Therefore, before I give more information. I just want you to know that should you know or can contact Keith and his friends. My friends and I don’t care about the money, we just want peace.

the friend who introduced me to this Keith guy told me Keith is about 5'7-5'9, vietnamese, light color skin, short hair, skinny. However, this Ladypoker079 (Van Ho) told me Keith is dark skin, muscular, spikey hair w/ a dragon tatoo on his left arm. So, who's lying? i don't know. anyone of you heard about this Keith guy in CA or LV casinos?

btw a question... if i send decent 4-digit amount to another player at pokerstars they send me an email where i have to explain who the other guy is and why i am doing the trade... however with small transactions this is not the case... does stars this only when the send money is 1000$+? so could i split transactions into as an example 900$ parts and send them without the support asking me why i am doing it?

depends on what ur account is set at.

Mine is $1K+, some people are $500, some are $250 (email them to tell them what one you want).

When you split a transaction so that they wont email you, wait till the first one hits, before sending the next one.
