um i said I would transfer first did I not? That means you get $5000 in your account before you even have to send me anything...

Dont know why there is any need to dump if I said I will transfer all the money first and when it is in your account you can send me the $5000 on stars...

Paypal has been deemed too risky.

how so? You get the money right away once its in your account you have it :S.

And then you have the transfer reversed by Paypal after you submit a complaint. GG scammer.

Too easy to chargeback after the transfers come in on your end.

Ok I will wait until the money clears the persons bank account before they have to send hows that?

Of the reliable traders here, I doubt that you will find a taker.

You'll see that Paypal involves a risk that potentially can last for months. Even if the funds were in the recipients bank, there is still a risk of reversal.

You might be better served by cashing out of Paypal, then using one of the normal deposit options on PS.
