I'd just like to inform potential victims of somehing i've just experienced on Party Poker

I deposited a couple hundred bucks to piss away tonight for fun

I entered two 20$ hero spins. The first spin I entered with Aprox 170$ leaving 150$ and spin a 40$ with 10$ bounty. At the same time I entered a second game and won a 1000$ spin with 250$ bounty leaving me with aprox 130$ in my account. I won the first game, no bounty. +30$ should have 160$

I played heads up against the same player in the large spin, he was a bounty. I beat him. Since I beat him I should collect the FULL 1000$ i have screenshot of Party Poker congratulating me and saying I had won 850$ including a 250$ bounty.

There is 150$ missing on this payout

Further more after those two wins i only had 1024$ american in my account. Woh those two wins alone with nothing in my accoubt that is 1030$ American. I was missing 6$ in wins and my original bankroll. Party poker did not pay me 150$ of my 1000$ win

How many others are not noticing this happening

This is alarming

Start by posting the tournament numbers, your screen name and the screen shots.

I would like to keep my screenname private for the time being . I will pass this along to a party rep however I want an explination why and how this happened. How does your software just randomly and incorrectly pay out 1/7th of a large payout. I had to double take to see the bullseye on his icon. It seems they didn't pay the bounty and paid an extra hundred for the win? (850$ instead of 750$)? Is someone adjusting these real time? Are these mistakes limited to this gametype? Are tournaments being incorrectly paid out?

Open paint, remove screennames, post screenshots

rep will ask you for your name (how else could they help you), you dont want to post it. rep will ask you to PM it to them, you cannot PM it to them

OR, they could reply promply to the email entitled "URGENT MANAGER" or something probably similar like many others have sent! How many emails have you sent waiting for a reply OP? How many days ago did this happen?

I am still awaiting confirmation of the players you state you had details and could confirm emails were sent without response asking for exclusion?
Once I have the details our customer service manager will look into the accounts and resolve - for legal reasons we obv take these claims very seriously
I can confirm we have no pending emails stating such request

Please dont state the same in every thread without providing the proof you claim to have - if you need to post the same accusations please keep them in the in the relevant thread where they will be addressed when you provide further information

This has been resolved in full and the OP provided with the relevant information - the statement was incorrect and the games have paid and played as per functionality
