I ran a cool million simulations of 850 games with real ROI 20% (which is still extremely high afaik) and one run had an ROI of 49%, the next was 46%.

I'm sure someone smarter can figure out exactly how likely it is to run this good, I can just say it's much higher than 1 in 1M. If this is real it's pretty much equivalent to winning the lottery if not less likely. Smells fishy.

Seeing others hold cards or what? If so, then I'm unsure as to how PP woulden't be able to detect such a thing and why only one person is doing this? Noone elses graph is like this.

If he has created software clever enough to see hole cards (this is the only way I can imagine he could be cheating) then he would be clever enough to play and make sure he lost a decent amount of tournament too and give himself a more high "realistic" ROI% of like 30%.

Then again, if he is cheating and going the full mile and hitting 60% ROI, why not just go even further and do 70/80/90%?


I'm sure someone clever enough wouldn't be making his cheating so blatantly obvious.

fwiw last time i saw stats similar to this on stts on partypoker (it was in a thread on here somewhere), it was an account used to dump fraudulent funds.

Ok i just saw him 1tabling a 55$ 6man. Obv he won that game. Didn't see enough hands to make any big notes on his game, but he does play smallball poker and he won every hand where he VP$IP.
For me it's so clear that he doesn't play according to the rules.
If he would play jackpot sitngo's on a site where you have to win 6 STT in a row, he would win the jackpot like almost every day if he wants. Obv that would be way to suspicious. Also i don't understand why he doesn't block his stats on sharkscope/pokerprolabs/..., because if he knows how good his stats are, he knows that people are gonna see that and be suspicious offc. If he's playing in a team of 4 or 5 players it would certainly explain why he has a ludicrously high ROI. If someone has a sharkscope account that I could use I would be happy to look through some of his games to see if there is a common list of players hes sitting with, compare their ROI together/apart, etc.

Ok i got him ! 100% sure what he is doing.
So i saw him 1tabling again. 2 things i noticed.
He can't see hole cards, the way he plays i'm pretty sure he can't see holecards ( was also very small chance he could ) I made this conclusion over all the sitngo's i saw him playing.

Ok I opened this table when Farafon had 800 chips at t200. This is what happened;
The guy called A7jasmill7 min raised to 400 at t200 with around 1500 chip stack. Farafon moved all in for his last 800, so A7jasmill7 had to call 400 more. Guess what that guy folded. 1 hand later that jasmill guy doubled through some other player. So good news for these cheaters. A hand or 2 later they both do the same thing, that jasmill min raises and farfon moves all in and he folds again.
Then a bit later the situation from the screen above happens. That guy limps in the BTN at t600 with a 2.1BB stack. Farafon completes in the sb , BB checks. They all check till the river, then Farafon bets and A7jasmill7 folds offcourse and so does the BB but he is not the importent one.

So now that jasmill guy gave most of his chips to farafon and now he wants to double up with his miniscule stack, but without any luck. So now Farafon is in 2nd position (last 3 ) and he finished in second position after a terrible HU play.

So he basically makes new accounts everyday to be out of the radar. Well he just got caught.

btw sorry i don't have screens of every situation, but i was playing myself and did not have enough time to do that. Next time i won't play myself and take screens of every situation since i can't use that replayer as an observer.

No response, he is just playing like nothing happens. They have an investigation team that handles all these kind of reports. Well i can conclude there investigation team sucks big time if they ignores this.

This is not right. I hope he gets the funds confiscated and that the $ is used to reimburse the players he cheated

Ok i just finished another live chat with one of the employees of PP.
I provided more information about this guy and gave the names i think that were involved, thanks to Jake_the_poacher. I requested immidiate closure of his account until this investigation is closed. They said they will investigate every name i gave, all standard responses offcourse. I hope they do the right thing.
