Im Scottish it took me 3 people to get through to someone who actually knew what I was saying. Even then they were struggling. I lost my bank card last week and wanted to change to my new card , this was ok on stars, FT, Ipoker but Party wouldn't do it , they said you have to make a deposit with your new card even before you can withdraw??!!! What?????.
That's ridiculous. has anyone else had any dealings with them or do they have a rep on here?
nonsense, they are the most liberal. I saw stars insist on withdrawing my mtt wins to MoneyBookers ONLY for the simple reason that i deposited some 150 or so using that. Party is much more lenient unless they feel there is something shady.
Try talking to them in English it will be taken care of.
Im trying to register my new ddbit card so I can withdraw to that (same bank account as the card I have registered on site). My other card got eaten up by the atm so no money can go to that card. They are saying that they WILL NOT register a card but if I wish to make a deposit with the new card then they will register it and let me withdraw. ( I have no problem with this I just won 2 packages on there and like the site BUT what im saying is it not bad customer service to have money in your account to withdraw but cant unless you deposit?)
tbh i think this is completely standard and would actually be surprised if right now if you were able to withdraw from stars/ft/ipoker. the card needs to be registered with the site in order for them to be able to withdraw to it and I am not sure how it can be without depositing first
where/how did you register the card on stars/ft/ipoker without first depositing?
I just mailed Stars and FT s support and they cancelled my other card and added the new one.

I obviously mailed them all my id etc for them to add the new card, my point is I didn't have to make a deposit. with ipoker they just changed it over the phone and cancelled the other card.

I have been thru that with them. Their logic is if money is given to a new instrument there will be lot of situations of Cyber Hacking. So they insist on deposit before a withdrawal so that they have their tools to trace the IP address longitude locations and notify the customer if there is any deviation.
