If you want to know the final solution to this problem - it's for everybody to use such a script. There are plenty of people that code up such a script in no time for public release. It would force the sites' hands since it would absolutely destroy the games. What's a fish going to think when he sits and before he's even bought in the whole table is full? Bots, cheating, colluding. Realizing he's being relentlessly hunted would be the optimist view!

lol are you making a serious remark, or just trying to be a smartarse? Yeah sure murder sentences don't outright prevent murder, but it is an effective prevention mechanism. If there was no consequence for murder, how much you wanna bet that murder rates will rise significantly? Also in the scenario you used to compare, there is still the hope of getting away without getting caught. It is virtually impossible to get away using a script on an online platform, as long as sites have the proper security measures and technology to detect running software, even under stealth modes. As long as the site enforces the rules well, I don't see how it won't prevent it. People who still wanna play on the site will just have to abide. Simple as that.

The poker-community, esp. at higher stakes is not very big. That means that people are much more likely to get caught if they use forbidden software, and they are obv aware of that. Party can also give out 1 warning in case someone doesn't know it's forbidden - that may not prevent it, but there's not much harm in that.

the solution is super easy. prohibit seating scripts via t&cs. if you use it nevertheless, you get 1 warning and after that you get punished (vip status downgrade eg), and if you still use it you get banned.

plan b has the answer. party needs to step up here and do something about these dirtbags.

it really makes you wonder when these sites who rake an extortionate amount and put atleast a good chunk of that "supposedly" towards game security. Cant employ some one to just keep an eye on the games. Just High stakes and Midstakes initially (and lets be honest thats not a huge amount of games) and warn then ban players who are blatantly ruining the games.

if they put 2 people on this for 2 weeks the problem would be solved

I can confirm that everything Plan B wrote is true and that this is a major issue that is being ignored by Party and by Stars. The effect it is having on the games is very detrimental and I would not be surprised if it was a factor in Party removing the high stakes games.

The only reason this isn't causing a massive uproar is because the script is not yet commercially available. If it were, every game would fill within a fraction of a second and recreational players would be freaking out even more.

Before the day comes where things get completely out of line, how are we going to get Party Management's attention? We really need to do something about this.
